taehyung and jungkook attend the gala where jungkook thinks he found a new clue. he thought 47 followed by a musical note was a reference to the musical elevator in the x-seoul hotel, but after not finding anything on the 47th floor, returns back to the gala and gets drunk.

taehyung takes the younger home. things get heated on their way back home and taehyung ends up giving jungkook a handjob.

"it was him! I personally heard him say those words and threaten the poor guy!!!" the old man yelled to one of the police officers while pointing at mingi.

hoseok arrived as soon as he could and walked over into the center of this commotion. a mild wave of anxiety brushed over him after seeing mingi who was yelled at by some old man.

"what's going on?" hoseok asked.

"detective jung!" inspector lee came over to the elder. "this old man states that he heard how the owner of this cafe – yoon mingi threatened some guy."

hoseok gave the inspector a confused glance and came over to the man.
"excuse me, I am detective jung, could you please tell me what is going on?"

"this man is a killer!" the old man pointed at mingi. "a few days prior, I was peacefully taking a stroll over here and then decided to visit the cats that live behind his cafe. that's when I heard it! yoon mingi yelled at a poor young boy saying, and I quote: 'do not forget who you're dealing with, or you'll end up like that girl from the arts university nearby!'"

"what are you talking about..." hoseok whispered in shock. are people starting to suspect mingi of murder? no way...

"your police department is trash! how could they label all those cases as suicides?! the simplest people of our town understand that there is something suspicious about them all and you had the audacity to say they are only suicides??" the man offended hoseok and gave him a disgraceful look.

"I apologize." hoseok mumbled to the man and gestured for inspector lee to take care of him.

"please calm down." hoseok heard lee speak. "we know what we are doing."

the commotion quieted down and people who gathered around started slowly disappearing. the old man was taken away from the place, nobody believed his words, there was no proof.
mingi seemed to have vanished. hoseok looked around and couldn't see the elder. ignoring the 'closed' sign that hung on the entrance door, hoseok walked inside and saw mingi. he was tying his apron, getting ready to open up the cafe.

"mingi..." hoseok closed the door and walked over to the elder quietly.

"detective..." mingi turned around to face hoseok and leaned against the counter.
"I see you're always here whenever something suspicious starts to happen around me."

"did you really threaten that boy?" hoseok asked.

"hah..." yoongi let out a breathy chuckle. "you're also gonna ask me that?"
