"You should get some sleep Sasuke. You haven't really slept since we got here and that was four nights ago."

"You're the one who needs to rest."

"So do you. We're going to be here a while and I need you rested. Besides, no one is in this dimension and I don't think we should be worried about Black Zetsu. He's not an attack ninja and he can't bring his little army here. Just sleep, please." she hoped to avoid another fight. She hated fighting with him but for some reason it was that they were doing since they had arrived.

"If I do, don't leave the tower."

"I promise, I won't." She watched him lay down and once he was on the ground, she lifted his head up and slid her legs under it. "It'll be more comfortable like that."

He didn't answer but Sakura knew that it made him feel embarrassed. She was starting to fully know him and his reactions at this point. She was connected to him and right now, she knew that he felt stupid because of his head resting on her lap. She smiled and passed her hand through his hair. She realized that he had a habit of doing that to her and wondered if maybe it was a memory of his mom. Maybe it was something that she did to him when he was a child.

She played with his hair until he fell asleep. After that she rested her hands on his chest. His face was so calm compared to when he was awake. Whenever his eyes were open, she could see his thoughts transforming his face but not now. Now his features were more child like and innocent. She loved that. She loved the fact that she was the only one who could see that side of him.

She looked at his lonely freckle on his left cheek and her finger pressed on it gently. He furrowed his eyebrows but stayed asleep. She laughed quietly and cupped his cheek and caressed it with her thumb. His skin was so soft that it felt like satin under her fingertips. She loved his skin, she loved everything about him and one day a little version of him will be in her arms. She hoped that this baby would get the god-like genes of his family and maybe her personality. She didn't want that child to suffer like Sasuke because of how the Uchiha brain works.

For a second she imagined Sasuke holding a little baby in his arm, their little baby. Her heart exploded in her chest and the only way for her to handle this feeling was to kiss his forehead softly. He meant everything to her, he was her pillar, her best friend, her husband and her confident. Everyone could disappear and she will be alright with him and only him. Just like now.

He moved coming back to reality before he opened his eyes and he met her gaze. He felt her finger caressing his face and she was smiling like an idiot. He frowned his eyebrows.

"Were you watching me?"

"I was. You look cute when you sleep."

Cute? He rose an eyebrow and sat down next to her. His back hit something sharp on the wall and he turned around to have a look at it. It was a square. "What is this?"

"What is what?" he pointed at the shape. "Oh, I don't know. It's weird that it's the first time we see this. Does it move?"

He pressed on it but nothing happened. "No, it looks like it's sculpted in the wall."

"Maybe we should add that to the map."

"Hn." He grabbed the drawing and drew a square on the tower they were in. "We should go back to all the towers we've seen already. Maybe they all have the same thing."

"Maybe let's go section by section. In our section there are four towers. Let's make sure we have all the information about them first."

"Let's go then." he stood up and turned around to offer his hand to help her stand. She gladly took it and followed him out. The sky was still dark and Sasuke wondered how long the nights were in this dimension. Since they had arrived, they had spent more time in the darkness than the day and it was bothering him. It was bothering him because he had no way to know how many days had passed in their world.
