Hey, people! I thought it would be a little fun to throw in a little of Isaiah's point of view when Jessie woke up at the nurse's office. Enjoy :)

Isaiah's P.O.V
I never knew I would be this frightened about having someone faint before. I mean, I've been to thousands of frat parties with my old friends who have already graduated, and I've seen a lot of people pass out from being too intoxicated. But when Jessie's eyes closed in front of me and she began falling, I swear I was scared shitless.
For a moment, I thought she was dead, but the logical part of my mind began working again and I told the people surrounding us to call the nurse.
Now I was here, silently waiting for her to wake up. The nurse warned me about her high fever, and to give her two pills and a cup of water when she awoke. She also told me not to be frightened, because sometimes, high fevers resulted in minor hallucinations.
"Hallucinations don't scare me. I think I'll be fine," I chuckled politely after she told me about it.
She shrugged. "Well, son, you may never know. Last time, when my son had a fever, he began uttering some things that possibly came out of Hitler's mouth at the time of the Nazis." She shuddered, and I laughed. "I'll be in the other room. Just make sure she gets that medicine. Her parents should be here anytime soon."
Her parents.
My stomach dropped at the words, for I knew this would probably be an awkward experience for me. Ever since my mistake, her parents and I have not been on good terms. But I had to fix it. I loved Jessie, and I still love her enough to try to get on her parents' good side. I remember the times when they had me over for family barbecues, and the time Jessie and I competed in the World of Dance competition that we lost on the first round. Although they did not approve of me at first, they gave me support and trust with Jessie, and I blew that. I was already on their bad side, and I worked my way up to obtain her dad's blessing, which he gave because Jessie convinced him that I was a good guy when I wasn't. What sucks the most is that she has already moved on, and that I don't know whether or not her parents will even let me be her friend...
Suddenly, a groan escaped her and I quickly scooted my chair closer to grab her hand. A habit of mine, I guess you can call it.
"Jess?" I asked and shook her arm. "Jessie, are you okay?"
She moved her head a little and she opened her eyes for a brief second, then closed them again.
"You're awake?" I said in the middle of a question and a statement of relief.
"Hi," she said in a small voice with a yawn.
I smiled at her voice. "I'm so glad you're okay. How are you feeling? I was so worried, Jess!"
She didn't reply, but she gave me a weak squeeze on my hand. My heart jumped to my throat from that small gesture. Even after an entire year, she still gives me butterflies for even the smallest of things.
"I," she mumbled, still half asleep, "I miss being with you."
Tears pricked my eyes as soon as she said those words. I was completely speechless. Did she really say that she missed being with me? Maybe being a hero for a day sparked something inside her that made her see how much I truly still love her.
"You... you miss me?" I asked her in disbelief. "Wow. I... I didn't know you actually felt that way. Do you really?"
She nodded tiredly and she briefly opened her eyes once more. A tiny smile played at her lips as she closed her eyes once again. She's still pretty tired.
"I'm so sorry, Jessie," I apologized again. "I wish I hadn't made such a stupid mistake with you." I told her and kissed her hand. "You're so much more than what you think you are and I wish I had seen that sooner."
She didn't reply, but I felt her thumb run across the hand that was gripped with hers.
"I miss you, Liam," she said above a whisper.
My smile faded drastically, and I quickly let go of her hand. A wave of diappointment splashed over me as the name replayed over in my head.
Liam? Did she say Liam?
My mouth dropped open as I tried to process what had just happened between me and her. Why did she call me Liam? Did she mean to? What in the world could have possibly made her think that I was the guy with tattoos? Just when many thoughts were building up possibilities, the nurse's voice clouded my head.
High fever could cause minor hallucinations, so just be aware.
This entire time while I was speaking with her, she thought I was... Liam.
I miss you, Liam.
I tried my best not to feel affected by her words. I knew she loved him from the moment I saw them together. But why? Why in the world would he not love her back? She's everything a guy can dream of; she's sweet, caring, down to earth, and altogether beautiful. She loves him, and I wanted to hit him or something, so he could wake the fuck up and love her back.
All of a sudden, the sound of air filling lungs emerged from Jessie and her eyes opened, blinking a couple of times before finally settling on mine. She looked around a bit and removed the wet cloth from her forehead.
I swallowed my sadness as she looked at me once again. Those eyes that did not see anything past me being a friend...
"Isaiah?" she croaked out with her raspy voice. "What happened?"
