Rose's Point Of View.

After third period I walked to the cafeteria, I was still surprised by how much things had changed in the space of two days. It seemed like nobody even remembered the posters. Nobody even mentioned them. That could only mean one thing, something bigger was happening.

And there was.

I took out my phone and texted Theo. I just wanted to let him know that I was doing fine and people weren't talking about me anymore. I didn't receive an answer right away, but it was understandable, he was probably sleeping.

Once I got to the cafeteria, I got my answer to why nobody was paying attention to me anymore.

Everyone was gathered around a table and there was so much talking I couldn't even hear when Ella had walked up to me.

''Rose.'' She said, her voice raised.

''What's happening?'' I asked, turning to face her.

She didn't seem all that happy, it was as if she had been crying. What had happened in the past few hours? Were people ganging up on her?

''Robert.'' She said, her voice slightly breaking.

''What about him?'' I asked, gazing towards the group of people.

''Robert and Liz, she... they... Liz is pregnant. Robert they..'' Ella struggled to speak, she shut her eyes and took a deep breath.

''Wow.'' I  stared at Ella and then looked closer at the group of people.

I could see Liz sitting in a chair, looking all innocent and vulnerable, people sitting beside her asking if she was feeling ok. Beside her sat Robert, holding her hand and leaning his head on her shoulder.

''Fucking ass hole.'' Ella said, her voice now full of anger.

''Ella..''

''No, I don't even care.'' Ella said, the pain seemed to have vanished completely from her voice.

'I'm just glad it wasn't me.'' Ella said and with a final glare at Liz and Robert she walked away.

No wonder people had forgotten about poor Rose who had kissed Theodore.

I walked out of the cafeteria and ran after Ella, who seemed to be speed walking out of the school.

''El, wait!'' I called but she had already left the building.

I shook my head and ran outside, the cold hitting me in the face like a shovel.

I shivered and looked around and saw Ella walking towards my car. No doubt that she was hurt, she was angry but it was just  the emotions going crazy, unsure of what to do with themselves.

I walked towards her, she leaned against my car, arms crossed with her head bowed.

''Ella...'' I said once I was closer.

She looked up at me with tears in her eyes.

''Come here.'' I said and hugged her.

I felt her shivering and hear her crying. Poor Ella, Robert was never good for her, but she was right, she should have been happy that it wasn't her he got pregnant. Plus they were broken up, she shouldn't be feeling this way. Not over him, he didn't deserve her tears.

''Ella, he's an asshole.'' I said and she pulled away from the hug.

''I  know.' Ella replied.

''Just imagine how ugly the baby is going to look.'' I smiled and Ella giggled.

''Liz is probably going to guy him or her hair extensions.'' Ella laughed and I laughed with her.

''Yes, see? The only reason why you should be crying is for the sake of the poor baby.''

''Thank you'' Ella smiled and gave me another hug.

''I want to go home now.'' She said.

''But school-''

''I know, but who cares anymore, let's just go home.'' Ella said and I gave in. I wanted to see Theodore anyway.
