A month have passed since that dinner with my parents. They didn't lie when they said they'll be busy because I rarely see them at home everytime I visit. I tried visiting them many times this month yet I only saw them twice.

We still haven't scheduled 'that'  dinner. Mom's siblings can't travel without clearing their schedules so it's really hard to set a definite date. The longer the delay, the lesser the nervousness I'm feeling.

Last last week, Lisle formally introduced me to his parents as his girlfriend. Also, some of his nearby relatives were there. Ayos naman ang kinahinatnan. I'm glad they liked me for their son because I don't know what I'd do if they won't.

Since then, Lisle would sleep at my unit. All I can say is that he's very unorganized. He likes plain shirts. Gusto niya malamig yung kape niya sa umaga. Unlike me, he's not a pasta person pero kung walang choice, kakain naman. Those are the few things that I noticed from Lisle.

Tomorrow is dad's birthday so Lisle and I went to Afttrieth to shop. We don't know what to get for my dad. I mean, we both agreed my dad already has everything he needed in his life. For the past years, neck tie o di kaya'y relo ang nireregalo ko sa kanya.

"Let's give him something no one would ever think of giving to him." Lisle suggested as he drove around Afttrieth.

"Ano naman?"

"Something related to art."

Nagtaas ako ng kilay doon. "But he... hates art."

"Kaya nga walang mag-iisip na bumili kasi ayaw niya non." Sabay halakhak niya. "Atleast unique?"

I slightly chuckled and rolled my eyes after. "Walang kwenta mga pinagiisip mo."

"Gaano ka kasigurado?"

"Ewan ko sa'yo."

In the end, we bought a dog- a teacup maltese. It's very small and energetic. We figured dad is stressed these past few days because of the expansion so he needs a stress reliever. He's definitely not getting any younger.

Unlike before, I prepared a denim jacket with me today. I don't want to freeze again though it's not as cold as the first time I got here.

Lisle named the dog Vienna, I don't know why. I call it Vien so that it wouldn't sound too girly. I shook my head and laughed at that thought.

"Ang tagal mo naman mag-order?" I asked Lisle when he finally took the seat infront of me.

He smirked. "I ordered something special."

"Special coffee or tea ganon?" I asked but he only shook his head as a response.

After a few minutes, our order came.

The waitress asked Lisle.

"Yes, thank you."

I shot Lisle a questioning look but he only smiled at me. Sa tingin ba niya nakikipagbiruan ako, ha?
