🌑TEA & BISCUITS🌑

In the evening, the wolves of the black moon pack sat around the dinner table, Max was standing up with a glass in his hand.

"I know these past couple of days were hard on us and i hope we try to move on, because it's.....it's what he would've wanted, today we welcome our new pack member and advisor, Andy" he smiled as the pack welcomed Andy with a warm applause.

"Thank you for welcoming me to your home" Andy said smiling, Toby smiled across from him.

"Okay, let the dinner begin" Max said taking the first bite.

"Do you think he's human?" Benjamin asked Dan, they were sitting on the sofa, Toby was sitting on the floor, his torso between Benjamin's legs as he played a game oblivious of their conversation.

"I don't think so, humans don't have silver fingers last time i checked" Dan replied making Benjamin sigh, something about their advisor was mysterious and Benjamin sets out to see what's the deal with Andy.

"Dan, have you seen lolo? He's supposed to meet us in the room" Chad said coming down the stairs, Dan stood up.

"I saw him heading to the tennis court let's go" he led Chad away, Benjamin sat there watching Toby play a game.

"Is this seat taken?" Andy asked, Benjamin smiled

"No, you may sit"

Andy sat down and took out his own phone going on Instagram.

"So, who are you really?" Benjamin asked making Andy to chuckle.

"Toby asked the same thing this morning, my name is Andy, I'm the pack advisor" he smiled, the question was really tiring, if the wolves of the black moon pack didn't trust him then why would they treat him so nicely.

"You have a mate?" Benjamin asked making Andy to blush.

"Let's just say, he's nearby" he winked. Benjamin starred at him confusedly.

Andy smiled turning his attention back to his phone.

Max sighed and stood up from his chair, he walked out of the office to the kitchen, he saw Toby, Andy and Benjamin talking, he smiled.

He grabbed a bottle of water and an apple and walked back to his office, ever since his mate's death, Max has been numb, it's like a big part of him left his body and he's just hollow inside.

He sighed again, opened the water bottle and looked through the window, he took a swig only to spit it out. He blinked once, twice.

"No, it can't be"

He ran downstairs bumping into the omegas, he opened the back kitchen door and froze.

"No, H-he"

"Alpha!" Benjamin and Dan came running to him.

"Alpha whats wrong?" Dan wheezed out.

"I saw him" Max said.

"Him? Who?" Benjamin tilted his head to the side.

"Taylor, i saw him, TAYLOR! TAY-mmmm"

Benjamin covered the alpha's mouth with his hand.

"Toby just started to open up to people in the pack, you losing your mind will make things worse, this must be the effects of your mate bond breaking," he said, Dan nodded his head in agreement.

"I saw him though" he sighed, a tear escaped the corner of his eye, he really misses his mate and with Kai's constant whining it doesnt even help his situation.

"It's okay to miss him, but you have to try to move on" Dan said smiling with teary eyes.

"Just...^sigh^... just give me time okay" he said making the betas to nod their heads.

"We'll go back inside"

Max walked away from the pack house, he reached the place where his mate is resting.

"Did i really see you or was it your ghost?" He asked, he saw a fresh bouquet of white roses.

"Toby must've gotten these for you, do you like them?"

Silence.....

"Are you giving me the silent treatment?" He chuckled tears flowing down his cheeks, he looked at the tombstone infront of him.

"Why did they take you away from me"

"Why!"

"WHY!"

"Luke, it's been two full days, you have to eat at some point" Bill sighed leaning against the door, things were bad between them, Taylor's death served as a reminder of why they had problems in the first place.

"Just go, I'll be fine" Luke replied, his voice muffled by the pillow on his face. Bill sighed.

"Just....just call me when you need anything okay, I'm here for you" he stood up and left.

Luke sighed.

"Dear moon goddess, i know i don't deserve a mate but did you have to punish Bill also? What has he done to deserve this? Moon goddess, i pray that you find him a better mate, someone who deserves him, because i do not feel worthy to do so, i pray to the moon and the goddess, amen"

"Would you like some tea and biscuits?" Andy asked making the room go quiet, he suddenly felt self conscious.

"Who the hell eats tea with biscuits, do you know how big a biscuit is" Dan asked making them all laugh.

"Biscuits are cookies dummy" Andy replied laughing, he placed the tray on the table making them gasp in amazement.

"So we letting strangers to make our food now?" Mike said entering the room, Toby rolled his eyes.

"At least we don't go around committing murder" Andy shot back making the beta freeze.

"W-what did you say?"
