Max held his mate's hands. The crowd watching them smiling proudly.

"The couple have decided to recite their own vows, we'll start with Max" the alpha king says, Max nods and takes a deep breath.

"Remember the first day we met? You ran away from me because you thought I'd reject you...^chuckle^...i thought you were the most strangest wolf I've ever met but when i got to know you, you proved me wrong each time....

i asked Rita to sing this song today because it perfectly describes you...you're strong and brave....you deserve all the good things in the world and if i could, baby i could buy you the whole galaxy." He laughed tearing up. A few sniffles from the crowd made it more special.

"You gave me everything I've ever dreamed of and calling you my husband is just a bonus for the things we've achieved together...Taylor I love you, with all my heart and i promise to cherish, respect and honor you in both sickness and health...till death tears us apart but i know in the spirit realm we'll be together forever" he finished. He wiped off his tears and smiles.

Taylor nods smiling, his lips trembling slightly.

"After a moment like that i don't know what say...^chuckle^....all i want to say is...I'm not perfect, i make mistakes...i nag a lot and i tend to cry...but at the same time, you bring out the best in me, I've never laughed or smiled more than when I'm with you...what I'm saying is, Max...you're my everything,

you've shown me what true love is and sometimes i think you're too good to be true and i always fear that one day I'll wake up and.....^sniffle^...and...and you won't be there and it would all be just a dream...thank you so much for everything you've done for me and i pray to the goddess that you live long because I you to see our family grow and flourish...i love you so much, even I'm afraid of it...it scares me but not in a bad way but in an exciting way because I want us to look forward to the future because I know it's bright....and I'll love you through thick and thin, in sickness and in health...till death tears us apart."

The cars parked infront of the pack house, they walked towards the backyard. Their black jackets swaying with the wind.

He picked a grass leaf and placed it between his lips, he watched the ceremony from afar and smiled.

"With that said, there's nothing more to say...if anyone here objects in the couple's union speak now or forever hold your piece"

Taylor suddenly felt anxious, what if someone would object, what will he do then?

They exchanged their rings, Taylor smiled as he saw their matching bands.

"With the blessing of the goddess, i now pronounce you as husbands....Max you may kiss your groom"

The crowd of wolves cheered loudly, white flower petals were thrown in the air as Max and Taylor shared their first kiss as husbands. They pulled back and smiled.

"So touching" a voice said silencing the crowd. The couple held each other's hands tightly looking at their intruders, 4 men and a woman stood ahead of them, all wearing black.

"Awe, Taylor...not going to greet me?" The man said, suddenly Autumn started to yip happily in his mind.

Max growled at the man. Taylor however was in shock, this could not be happening right now not after everything he's been through but he had to say it before there was unnecessary bloodshed.

"Max..."

"Don't worry, I'll sort this out"

"No wait!"

Max charged at the man who was smirking at him.

"Max stop he's my mate!"
