"Max! My spy tells me that Mike and his warriors will be invading us this evening" Benjamin said catching the alpha's attention.

Max and Taylor sighed, their plans to go shopping had just been ruined.

"Sure, let's go" Taylor said, Max grabbed his hand.

"I think you should sit this one out" he said. Taylor raised a brow.

"And why is that?"

"Taylor you just came back, i don't want to lose you again...stay behind...please"

"Okay okay, I'll be with Rita"

"No problem, Benjamin let's go"

He watched his mate walk off with his beta, he huffed and walked to Rita's room.

Rita was in her room watching TV as usual. Things have become a bore to her and she was considering leaving for some days after this whole Mike situation was resolved. The bang of the door closing startled her from her thoughts.

"Jesus! What is wrong with you" she exclaimed looking at Taylor. He sighed and sat next to her.

"Sorry about that...I think Max thinks I'm weak" he says. She groans and rolled her eyes.

"I'm not a therapist you know" she huffed, Taylor rolled his eyes.

"Uhh duh, i know that, anyways i was thinking of sneaking out" the word sneak caught her attention.

"I'm in where we going?"

"Mike's pack house"

"If we cut the trees on the north and east side, we can make them take a detour and we can attack them before they reach the south and west"

"Intriguing plan, but what about the sky...Mike is unpredictable, I wouldn't be surprised if he had witches on his side"

"With you and Taylor on our side...your powers combined could make a fire barrier bigger enough to cover the whole pack house"

He sighs and sits back down on his chair. Things were about to get hectic and he doesn't know if he wants his mate in the middle of the war, especially of the reason of that war is because of Taylor himself.

"Listen...i know you fear for your mate's life but, Taylor's strong...if you deny him the chance to avenge himself he might not find the closure he deserves" Benjamin advices, Max nods taking his words to mind.

"I hear you but...^sigh^...I don't want to feel that pain of losing him again if he leaves me this time"

Benjamin nods and smiles, Max and Taylor's relationship is something he admires and as he spends more time with Andy he understands how Max feels now.

"I understand...so what should we do now? Mike is coming this evening"

"We attack with full force, if Mike wants a war, it's a war he'll get...it's time to end this once and for all"

"Sir, we're heading out"

"Very well, do not attack before i get there, i want to see the looks on their faces as they die" he smirks.

"Yes sir"

The door closes and Mike sighs, his head was throbbing painfully. He staggered backwards and leaned against the wall.

"Your body cannot sustain two powerful wolves"

"Shut up mutt, you are weak and miserable, i need power, something you cannot offer me"

His wolf whined and laid down, the demon wolf stood behind him and stepped forward, it's eyes glowing red, a dark aura around it. He smirks and stands back up straight.

"After all this time...I'll finally have what I wanted...Taylor, you may have resurrected but this time...I'll make sure you're dead for good"

"Let me get this straight, you want us to sneak out and ambush Mike?" She asks in shock. To her dismay, Taylor nods.

"Yes, i want that prick dead and if Max won't help me avenge his daughter's death then I'll do it alone"

She sighs and leans on the sofa.

"Damn Taylor...i know you're powerful and all but I'm human remember"

"Rita...I need to do this...you're a strong person and I know you can help me with this"

"Okay...^sigh^....let's do this"

"Yay! I'll go get the car, you pack some weapons you'll be needing"

"Blue flame pack, today is the day we make the wolf world right, where ranks are to be obeyed and respected" he said in confidence.

"Aren't you a beta?" One of them asks, he growls.

"Show yourself"

A teenager stepped forward, the boy looked at Mike smugly, making the beta shake in anger.

"You say you want to rectify the wolf world and all but you're a beta leading a pack as if you were an alpha, shouldn't we start by attacking you?" He asks. The other troops start to murmur.

"What rank are you?" Mike asks. The teenager smirks, chin in the air.

"An alpha"

"So you think you can lead this pack?" He asks.

"Way better than you, yes"

"I'll take that as a challenge" he says making the teen to freeze. Mike smirks, eyes glowing red. He walks down the front steps and stands infront of the alpha wolf.

"So?" He asks. The teen looks at his friends who give him thumbs up. He sighs.

"I hate to interrupt but, sir, the plan? We have to move forward before time runs out"

Mike sighs and pushes the small alpha to the ground.

"We'll deal with this after the war, right now I want us to deal with Black moon pack"

"YES SIR!"

He smirks and stands infront of his warriors, things were looking up for him.

"Have you seen Taylor?"

"No alpha"

He sighs and walks to the kitchen. After considering Benjamin's words of advice, Max has agreed to let Taylor join the war, but he cannot seem to find his mate.

"Andy, have you Taylor"

"Oh i saw him drive off with Rita" he says, Max's body tenses hearing that. Taylor would never disobey him...atleast that's what he thought.

"Oh shit"
