Hawkodile wiped the kissmark before leaving the room. "Good night, Dr. Fox."

He was just about to walk out to his dojo and go to bed himself when he heard screaming coming from outside.

Hawk ran as fast as he could to the window and spied Unikitty and Puppycorn waving their arms.

"Hawkodile!" They exclaimed in unison.

 "Why are you 2 screaming?"

"We'll tell you in a minute. For now, can you unlock the doors?"

He backflipped down the stairs and unlocked the front castle doors.

The siblings scurried inside. They felt very cold.

Hawkodile ran and got them some blankets and picked them up. "What were you doing inside?"

"Well, we went outside for a minute," Unikitty started.

"And all the doors were locked!" Puppycorn continued, although he didn't state who locked the doors.

"So we didn't have a way to get inside."

"That's why you weren't at movie night." Hawk said. He made it to Puppycorn's room and placed him in his bed.

Unikitty nodded, and she was soon put in her bed.

"Goodnight, Hawkodile." She said before Hawk left.

"Goodnight, princess." He replied and left the room.

He walked all the way out of the castle and into his treehouse. He laid on his bed and took a deep breath.

"I can't believe I did it..." He muttered to himself.

"I can't believe I kissed her."

He leaned over to the side and pulled out his picture of Dr. Fox from under his pillow.

"If only she knew..."

He put the photo back and fell asleep immediately, preparing for what tomorrow might bring.
