(Thanks for reading my story! And no, Hawk's not depressed in this chapter, he just feels bad for lying to his friends)
Hawkodile was punching his punching bag. It helped him get feelings out of his head. In this case, it was feelings of guilt.
He felt bad lying to his friends a week before.
He sat down on his bed and sighed. Punching wasn't helping.
"Why did I have to lie..." Hawk muttered. Then he remembered why. To keep them from finding out who his secret crush is.
He looked around the dojo. Everything was silent and still.
There's no one here. I'm safe...
He reached under his pillow and pulled out a picture of Dr. Fox.
"I wish that I could just tell her how I really feel..."
Hawkodile looked around once more before putting the picture back under his pillow.
"I just hope this will help..." He mumbled, and he walked over to the punching bag, continuing to hit it.

"Do any of you think Hawkodile is a little... off?" Dr. Fox asked her best friends. She was eating breakfast with them.
"No. Why?" Unikitty, one of her friends, replied.
Dr. Fox sighed. "He's been acting really depressed recently."
Puppycorn, Unikitty's little brother, raised an eyebrow. "And that's a bad thing?"
"Of course it's a bad thing! I've never seen him so sad before. Do any of you know why?"
"I could ask him." Richard, the castle's housekeeper, offered. "He talks to me about many things."
"Thanks, Rick, but it's OK. I just wanna help him feel happier. He's been sad every since, you know, what happened last week."
"I felt so bad for him..." Puppycorn said quietly. His normal excited expression faded into a sad one.
"On the other hand, he had never looked so cute before!" Unikitty exclaimed, trying to lighten the mood.
"It wasn't about him being "cute". It was about him confessing his feelings to his crush." Rick stated.
Dr. Fox smiled. "We all care about Hawkodile, don't we."
When she said that, a red color washed across her face. Redder then the orange tone she already had.
At that moment, a tiny heart appeared over her head.

FanficMy writing skills aren't the best in this story, to be honest. I started this a year ago, and I've improved A LOT since then. (Maybe go check out my more recent Unikitty fanfictions if you want to see my true writing skills in action.) But, again, I...
