Unikitty, Puppycorn, and Richard left for the doctors office, while Hawkodile and Dr. Fox sat down on the couch together.
"I'm so glad your home..." Fox said, leaning on Hawk's chest.
He put his hand on her head. "I'm glad too..."
Fox felt like shutting her eyes, but refrained herself from falling asleep. She was tired after all that running around.
She yawned.
"You can fall asleep." Hawkodile offered.
"No, it's fine..." Fox smiled.
"I love you Hawkodile..."
"I love you too..."
"But what about FeeBee?"
He chuckled. "You really believed that?"
Dr. Fox blinked. "You don't love her?"
"Nope. That was a lie. I actually love-" Before he could finish his sentence, she was already asleep.
"... You."
They stayed like that before Hawkodile drifted off to sleep with her.
Unikitty, Puppycorn, and Richard got home and saw the lovebirds cuddling on the couch.
"Aww... They're so cute!" Unikitty said, petting Dr. Fox's soft fur.
"There's no need to wake them. Let's watch a movie."
Love works in mysterious ways... Richard thought, and they watched a movie together while Hawkodile and Dr. Fox slept silently.
