"Come on, Lexi! Let's go! It's starting soon!" David said, pulling his girlfriend along behind him. They were on their way to see the new Spider-Man movie that he had been dying to see.

"We have twenty minutes! We'll be fine! Don't worry!" Lexi said, hurrying to catch up with him. They burst into the theatre and git on line to buy tickets.

"Two tickets for Spider-Man," David said. He pulled a ten dollar bill out of his pocket and handed it to the man.

"First door on your left," he replied, unenthusiastically.

"You want a popcorn or something?" David asked her.

"Uh, yeah, sure. I'll get us one. You get good seats, okay?" Lexi said, as he handed her a five dollar bill. She stood on line and patiently waited. Once she was up, she ordered a jumbo popcorn and handed over the cash.

She quickly walked into the theatre and searched for David. Like she suspected, he was happily sitting in the very first row. She walked up and sat down next to him.

"Hey," Lexi whispered. He greeted her with a smile.

"Hi, babe," David said softly, kissing her, gently. As the lights went down, he grasped her hand and looked into her eyes. They were flooded with excitement, happiness, and love for her.

The movie was wonderful, and they both had a great time. Afterwards, they went to the frozen yogurt place next door.

"That was awesome! Did you like it, Lexi?"  David asked her, worried that she didn't have a good time.

"It was really great, David," she replied. She leaned up and kissed his cheek. The bell tinkled as they walked through the door. "What're you going to get?"

"Uh... mint and vanilla swirl with hot fudge, chocolate chip cookie dough, and brownie bits. How bout you?" David explained. She laughed at his complicated order.

"Peanut butter and gummy worms. The usual," Lexi responded. They put their stuff down at a table and ordered. Once they bought their frozen yogurt, they sat down and talked. "So how's your music stuff going?"

"Pretty good. I've expanded a lot since IM5. The one thing I really miss was the Meet and Greets. Those were really fun. There was this redheaded girl, probably about thirteen or fourteen; she was so excited to be there. I think she cried," he explained, thinking back to the August concert.

"I love you, David," she said. It was the first time she had actually said those three words to him. He smiled back at her.

"I love you, too, Alexa," he replied, using her full name. They finished their yogurt, and walked out, hand in hand.
