"are we seriously drinking tonight?" renjun asked in a low voice so the others wouldn't hear him. both him and mark are in the kitchen well, jaemin's kitchen.
mark volunteered to get the drinks as renjun only accompanied him. every since mark turned legal, the dreamies especially donghyuck and chenle would bombard him with requests such as drinking together
they didn't see any wrong in drinking with an adult watching over them and to add it even more, they only drink in jaemin's house. that's because jaemin's parents gave them permission to drink in their house
now, you might be wondering who in the hell would let their child and other else's child illegally drink in their own house..
let's just say, jaemin's parents are definitely one of a kind. they're actually fond of drinking but they rarely drink and plus - they hardly get drunk so they're tolerance is actually remarkable.
so jaemin has tons of drinks in his house and he also got introduced to those drinks before with reasonable intentions.
some people would see jaemin's parents bad for teaching their child to drink but that's just how they are, each parent has a different style in raising their own child
no method is wrong unless they taught it for terrible purposes and jaemin didn't see any wrong in his parents for introducing him to those alcohol beverages, heck - even his friends didn't find any wrong in it
he knows his parents' reasons and weirdly enough, he doesn't like drinking much as his parents. his parents knew mark is dependable enough to guard over them
and besides, they made a pact that if there's a time mark didn't approve for them to drink then they mustn't
but if they secretly drink without mark's knowledge.. let's just say someone will probably be grounded or worse, moved away
"chenle needs it" mark turned to renjun as he wore a comforting smile while placing a hand over renjun's shoulder
"don't worry, i'll watch over you guys like usual" renjun purses his lips as he hesitatingly nods his head. mark chuckled before motioning renjun to start walking with him
the rest happily cheered at the sight of their two friends walking to the living room with bottles in their hands
mark and renjun carefully placed the bottles on the table before mark clapped his hands once.
"okay! as usual, don't drink too much even though i'll be watching ove- seriously?"
mark narrowed his eyes at his younger friend, donghyuck who teasingly yawned during his 'warning'. the younger male only grinned cheekily as he held out a peace sign
