hyein flutters her eyes open as she took a minute to adjust her vision to the new brightness, she slowly raised her body from the soft and comfortable mattress as small yawns escaped her lips
noticing the unusual silence around her, she looks to her right to see an empty space instead of a male. then her eyes went towards his bathroom and saw the lightswitch's turned off,
"maybe he's downstairs.." she murmurs before shrugging and rolled out of the bed, forgetting that the bed isn't endless,
a yelp left her lips at feeling nothing but air underneath her before landing harshly on the carpeted floor right on her butt
the girl silently groaned in pain as she carefully stood up while rubbing to soothe the aching pain,
she sluggishly walks towards the bathroom and because her mind wasn't fully awake yet, her eyes weren't aware of her footsteps as she accidentally slips on his carpet
thankfully enough, she still managed to balance herself causing her to sigh in relief. she then repeatedly slaps her cheeks as she mumbles, "wake up"
seconds later, she continued her journey to the bathroom which was successful with no other accidents or what so ever,
but of course, luck never stayed too long with her. as she was walking away from the sink towards the door, without any wind or storm, she managed to trip over her own foot making her fall forward to the floor as a yelp left her mouth
hyein was too busy grimacing at the pain to notice the bathroom door opening as a male stepped in, hearing stifles of laughter brought her attention to the doorway
the pained expression on her face was quick to be replaced with an annoyance as she glares at the chuckling male,
"well?! are you just going to stand there or help?"
the corner of his lips curled upwards at hearing the sarcasm in her voice before nodding as he nears her,
the male kneeled down and gently helped the girl to sit from her laying position, he smiled fondly at the glaring girl - not finding her expression scary one bit,
he grabbed her arms and wraps it around his neck as he leaned forward to wrap his arms around her waist, "get your legs around me"
obeying his words, hyein raised her legs to wrap it around his waist before he swiftly picks her up and tightens his hold around her body
"how did you even fall?"
"i just woke up"
the male chuckles as he nods his head while turning around, heading towards the door,
hyein became silent as she closes her eyes and snuggled into the side of his neck, feeling comfortable being in his arms.
"don't get too comfortable now, you're not that light"
"don't blame it on me, you're just weak"
noticing the silence from him, hyein opened one of her eye as she leans away to check him
"wh-"
her words were cut off by a sudden shriek leaving her lips, her body landed on the bed bouncing from the strong throw
her widened eyes stared at the ceiling as she slowly evens her breathing while also cursing at the laughing male inside her mind,
she quickly gets into a sitting position as her hand grabbed a pillow before throwing it straight to his face,
due to his quick reflexes, he was able to catch it first before it could hit him. he stood straighter as he pointed a finger at the girl with a taunting expression, "you're on"
giggles left her lips as she grabbed another pillow and charged at him as he quickly runs away with her tailing him
the two engaged themselves in a sudden pillow fight for 5 minutes until they both got tired and are now laying on the ground as pants left their lips,
"this should be like our exercise routine"
amused by her suggestion, the male let out a small laugh as he sat up, looking down at her who's beside him,
"you and your ideas" hyein threw him an innocent smile as she puts of two fingers into a peace sign before outstretching both of her arms towards the male,
knowing what she's hinting about, the male gave her an amused look as he asks, "really?"
hyein only nods as she urges him again with her arms, chenle lets out a small sigh as he stared at her with fondness,
giving in to her requests, he faced his back towards her as she leans forward and wraps both of her arms around his neck as her legs went around his waist
the male gripped her thighs firmly to assure her safety before carefully getting up on his feet,
"onward! the queen wants to eat now~"
chenle scoffs in disbelief at her as his feet began to move forward,
"be grateful you're cute"
