When Playboy Meets The Odd

CHAPTER ONE

MONSERRAT

"This is just amazing, parang teleserye na ang buhay mo bro! I might as well bring some popcorn whenever I'll go there."

Isinukbit ni Peso ang kanyang bag saka naglakad at iniwan ako. He seems so excited about the idea of Sage living in our house. Kahapon lang ay dumating ang mga gamit nito sa bahay.

I don't really like the idea of it, but I have no other choice since she's a family's family as well. Nakakainis nga lang na sa lahat ng tao ay siya pa. This world is very small that my stepsister happened to be my ex.

"Are you exciteddd?" Parang baklang tanong ni Peso.

"Shut up o susuntukin kita!" Tumigil kami nang makarating sa parking lot at saka ko binuksan ang kotse ko.

"Pasabay ako ha." Peso opened the door pero kaagad ko ring pinalabas. He's so annoying today. Palibhasa walang babae kaya dikit ng dikit sa akin ngayon.

"You have a car. Huwag ka ngang dumikit sa akin na parang linta!"

"Hey, dumidikit lang ako sayo dahil gusto kong mawitness ang love story mo!"

Before I could even smack this person down, I pushed him away and locked the door of my car. Pilit niyang kinakatok ito. "Can't you understand a joke?" Aniya pa. Nang hindi ko pinansin ay sumuko rin. He laughed like an idiot nang hindi ko na pinapansin. "Bahala ka."

I drive till I get home. This is my last day here at Manila. Uuwi kami ng probinsiya ni Mama- my stepmom. We want to start a new life with my stepsister.

I stopped in front of our house. Nailagay na ang ibang kakailanganing gamit sa sasakyan. It seems like they were about to go, pero ako na lang pala ang hinihintay.

In one of our cars, a girl in a ponytail walked out. I bit my lips as I look at her. She didn't change at all. But a little bit of her attitude are not the same anymore. Pero ano pa ba ang magagawa ko? Lahat talaga ay nagbabago. Look at us now, before she's my girlfriend, now, she's part of the family.

A sudden memory entered my mind.

She was almost kneeling in front of me. With her wet face from the tears, she pleaded me to go back in her arms.

SAGE

Our engine was about to start when a guy knocked on our window. Binuksan ng driver ang bintana saka dumungaw ang lalaking nakuha na yata ang lahat- kaguwapuhan, kabanguhan, at higit sa lahat kademonyohan.

He didn't change at all, but the heck I care! People call me Psychopath or a Sociopath for a reason, so of course, I shouldn't have been thinking about this one particular person in front of me.

Don't be such a crazy, Sage!

"Is everything fine? Walang laman ang kotse ko. Puwede niyong ilipat ang ibang gamit doon kung masyado nang marami." Monsy, the hero wannabe, said.

"We're fine." Maarte kong saad. Why is this guy even bothering us? Palihim akong napairap.

I sw him smirked. Hay naku.

Doesn't he notice that we were about to leave? Hindi ko talaga maisip na titira ako kasama ang lalaking 'to! He's just a ball of annoyance kahit pa noon!

Well maybe this is a good thing. Kapag tumira akong kasama siya, I can tease him.

"Monsy."

Pero wala pang ilang segundo ay tila bumaliktad na ang sinabi ko. Mom tapped his shoulders.

"Is everything alright?" She asked with the sweetest tone I've ever heard from her since yesterday. She glanced at me like nothing as she glance back smiling at her son.
