Logan's POV

"Well, beautiful, I expected a better reunion than that. You know, possibly something out of a romantic movie scene," Cole said, completely ignoring the fact that I had my arms crossed at I glared at him. And the fact that Alex was right behind me with his arms wrapped around my shoulders.

"How did you get into my house?" I asked as I looked at him.

"The door was unlocked," he glanced from me to Alex and then pointed at him, "Is this the boy toy Trinity has been raving over? Well, with those marks on your neck, I guess I was interrupting something," he said with a smirk. Four months ago, I would have been drooling over that smirk, and now I want nothing more than to call the cops and send him back to the east coast.

"You are breaking and entering, get out of my house," I said as I stood there, not moving. I was surprised Alex wasn't saying anything, but I was too scared to turn around and look at him.

"No hug? No kiss? I am disappointed, baby," Cole said as he took a step closer.

"Alright, that's it," Alex said as he pulled his arms off of my shoulders and forcefully moved to the edge of the pool where Cole was. I tried to grab him, but he pushed himself out of the pool and started to advance towards Cole, who had dropped the smirk off of his face, but still hadn't moved. Alex walked up to him and was chest to chest with him, neither one of them backing down.

I hopped out of the pool as Alex was chest to chest with Cole, "I have been so fucking patient with you and all of the shit you have been pulling the past two months. Lying about being in a relationship with Logan and lying about her college decision for media attention? You're lucky I haven't gotten on a plane to North Carolina and beat your ass," Alex seethed through his teeth.

"Your precious girlfriend wouldn't let you do that, now would you, Lo?" Cole asked as he looked at me. I rolled my eyes at his nickname, but when Alex heard it, he grabbed him by the collar of his shirt to try and get his attention.

"Oh, trust me, she's perfectly fine with it. I have done it before, and I will gladly do it again," Alex said as he gripped the collar on his shirt tighter.

"As much as I love this, I just wanted to come by and say hi. I didn't want drama," Cole said as he held up his hands, with the flowers still in one. As Alex noticed them, he took them and threw them on the ground.

"So aggressive, but you can't get away from me that easily. I will be here for your tournament this weekend. I am just here to see my number one girl," Cole said as he looked at me with a smirk on his face.

"That's it," Alex said as he took one hand and grabbed the collar of his shirt while getting ready to swing with the other. Before he could hit him, the front door slammed.

"Logan! Where the hell are you?" Dad asked as he ran into the house, looking frantic. He noticed us all outback and had wide eyes when he saw a shirtless Alex getting ready to punch Cole. He immediately ran outside to us, and Alex let go of Cole, and Cole had a smirk on his face.

My Dad leaned into my ear before whispering, "You should have answered your phone," he then said out loud, "Harper, what are you doing in my house? I sure as hell know these two didn't answer the door with that music," my Dad said as he stood there with his arms crossed. I shifted so that I was standing in front of Alex leaning onto him while watching my Dad stare down Cole.

"Well, you see David, I just wanted to come by and say hello. I was in town for Logan's tournament this weekend, and I just wanted to wish her luck before her games tomorrow," Cole said while looking at my Dad.

I felt Alex lean down next to my ear, "Absolute shit. Something else is up. He could have said something tomorrow because that would have been more dramatic."
