Author's Note: Hi! I'm doing a 31 day drawing challenge, so for the next 31 chapters I'll put a picture I drew based on two random things. Credits to NotSoAverageFan_Girl for the list. Today's words are Rayla/happiest, so I drew her dancing with Callum. ENjoy!

Edit: You know the drill.

So far, the Winter Tournament was awesome. Sure, my team lost most of it, but still great. It was the 24th, ((I'm sorry if you wanted to read the entire Winter Tournament, but it would be to long...)) the day before Christmas.

In the kitchen, glasses rattled as Amaya prepared eggnog (for the adults) and apple cider (for the kids). Smells of roast chicken and yet MORE jelly tarts drifted from the kitchen as well, along with the sound of Harrow humming as he decorated the fruitcake.

Ezran, Ellis, Aanya, and Rayla all cheered as Runaan lit the fire, and Alesa threw marshmallow bags in the air. Ethari brought in more logs, flinching as a bag nearly took his eye out.

Soren, Derek, and I were sitting on the couch, playing some violent shooting game. Runaan and Harrow had left the CD in, and Runaan hasn't stopped yet, sooooo.

Gren was dancing around the house in a reindeer sweater, singing Christmas carols. "It's the moooooosssssssstttttt wonderful tiiiiiiiimmmmmmeeeee of the yeeeeaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrr." He sang.

Just then, Genelyn strutted down the stairs. She was wearing a ridiculous Santa dress. Her face was caked in makeup. Rayla was busy competing in a smores contest of sorts with Alesa, but Ez gave Ellis a knowing look. They were watching me and the other boys. I glanced over at them. They were watching Derek. He wasn't doing much, just gaming and fiddling with his brown and red scarf. Ellis made a complex series of hand gestures at Ezran, and he nodded.

Hmmmm. For once, that blond kid down the street might be right. Ellis and Ezran were definitely up to something.

"Ha! Callum, shot ya!" Soren crowed triumphantly.

"What?!" I screech as the red Game Over scrolls across my screen. "No!"

"Shouldn't have looked away, man." Derek says, his eyes on the screen.

I fume. Rayla snickers and throws me a marshmallow. I eat it, wallowing in my misery. I take out my sketchbook, eying the chaos before me. I'm going to draw this scene, so I'll remember it.

I draw Derek and Soren, shooting each other in the video game. I draw Runaan, trying to keep his fire alive while Rayla and Alesa compete. I draw Ellis, Ezran, and Aanya, playing some sort of clap snap chomp game with marshmallows balanced on their noses. Already I can see powdered sugar coating their faces as they laugh.

All in all, a perfect night.

"Whatcha drawing, Honey Buns?" Genelyn cooes over my shoulder. I show her. She half-heartedly smiles. "Oh, lovely. Er, where am I? You forgot me."

"You're not in the picture." I say, pointing out my angle.

She huffs in obvious disgust. "You put that freak in it but not your girlfriend?" She screeches.

Runaan stands up slowly. "Just what did you call my daughter?" He growled.

"A freak." Genelyn retorts.

Runaan points towards the door. "I think it's time for you to go, brat." He growls.

"You can't make me. Callum invited me here and I'm not going!" She shrills.

Runaan glares at her.

"On second thought, let me just get my clothes..."

"OUT OF THIS HOUSE! NOW!" Runaan roars, losing his temper.

Genelyn shrieks and runs out of the house, nearly tripping in her high heels. That's when I realize that everyone else was watching. Slowly, Aunt Amaya starts to clap.
