Even at nine years old, Mei was an excellent support technician. She made him a non-descript costume that was both protective and flexible, plenty of hidden pockets, and hid his identity.

It was so good in fact, he hadn't needed any repairs or upgrades in the four months since he started hitting the streets. The voice changer that was in-built was surprisingly durable, and made his voice sound all over the place and glitchy. Which worked really nicely with his glitch quirk he was using to prevent any video footage of him from being recorded.

He didn't go out every night, that would be stupid. He still had to go to school and act normal around everyone else. He went out once or twice a week, and stayed out only a couple hours each time. It was usually when he needed to clear his head, but he tried to keep the days he went out random. He didn't want to establish a pattern that could be traced easily, leading to a trap.

It was one such night where he needed to clear his head, so he was out on the rooftops even though he had already been out twice that week.

So far that night Izuku had dealt with multiple muggings, an attempted murder, and a gang fight. Decently productive, but not the most he had been. That was when he felt it - his quirk disappearing. Instincts still intact from UA, he immediately leaped away to the side, narrowly avoiding a thread of capture scarf. The two were now facing eachother in a sort of standoff.

"Eraserhead." Izuku greeted. "I was wondering when you'd be brought onto the case."

His old teacher just glared, unblinking. "There is a case, right?" The glaring intensified. "I'm going to assume there is. Hey, what name did they choose for me? I'm curious to know."

The glare he was receiving wasn't lessened any, but he did receive an answer. Pushed through gritted teeth, but still an answer. "Static." Izuku perked up at that.

"Oooo! Unique! It's because of the camera's right? I was expecting Glitch or Ghost or something. The police can be very unimaginative sometimes. I mean, do you remember Spikelad? Very unimaginative." Izuku stood up and stretched in a seemingly casual way (it wasn't, but to any outside observer it would be). It was then, as he was still watching Eraserhead, then he saw when the man noticed his height and stature. Izuku may or may not have known about Aizawa's soft spot for kids, and he may or may not have used said knowledge to his advantage. He is technically almost ten years old, anyway.

Izuku knew he had him when the man deactivated his capture weapon and sighed. "You're a kid, aren't you?"

"Mmmm..." He pretended to think about it. "Am I?" And, oh, he just realized he's technically older than the pro in front of him. Technically older than what he would be when he started UA the first time. Hm. He should wait until he's home to contemplate that one.

"Listen, kid, you shouldn't be out here. Why aren't you in bed?"

Izuku figured Aizawa wasn't going to try and catch him, but it's not like he could just spill everything to him. Oh, oh he has an idea. Yes, that could work. "You need to have at least level 30 friendship to unlock my tragic backstory." Aizawa just sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. "BUT! Luckily for you, I'm willing to meet occasionally. But you have to be alone." He stressed the alone. He didn't want to get caught thank you very much.

Aizawa narrowed his eyes at him. "Where and when." It was more of a demand than a simple question. Which was fair enough, Izuku supposes.

"How about.... the roof of the steak place two blocks that way?" He pointed in the direction parallel to his house. "I'll be there the second night I'm out that week. Say.... midnight? I usually have midnight in my times. If not midnight then 2AM. That sound good?" He asked with a head tilt, to really sell the fact he was a kid.

It seemed to have worked, because Aizawa relented. "Fine, Problem Child." Oh, that was fast. "But you better show. I'll wait 15 minutes and if you don't show I will send out a search party."

"Great! Well, I guess I'll see you later Eraser!" He walked to the end and activated Glitch as soon as the man blinked.

Aizawa won't mind he's being played, right? It's for a good cause! Izuku swears it is!

Notes of Future-Past
Volume 1

Entry 8: Yukimura Touya, right page

Birthday: January 18th
Height: 184cm
Blood type: O
Quirk: Absolute Extremes
Touya's fire, while it can reach temperatures to melt pure iron, burns him in the process. It can, however, reach absolute zero. Going that low starts to hurt Touya as well, but he is built better for the colder temperatures his blue fire can reach - he becomes uncomfortable at about -175° Celsius and 800° Celsius.

While he is a hero, Touya, coming from Endeavor's household originally, sees more flaws and pitfalls in society as a whole, but especially in the heroics system.

He is sarcastic, charming and loyal to those he considers true allies, but Touya does exhibit Dabi's confidence and lack of emotions to opponents. However, in contrast to Dabi's "as long as there are heroes, there is something to destroy" mentality, Touya has adopted a "as long as there are villains, there is something to save" mentality. An interesting inverse, though not unwelcomed.

Touya does detest his father, but is determined to be a better hero than he ever was. He doesn't see his flames as Endeavors like Shouto did, but wholly his own. This may be because of the altered colouration, or just because of the temperature difference. The gap grew wider still when it was discovered that his flames could actually get colder than 0° Celsius.

Graduating the same year as Tenko, he was obviously a hero before the rest of the Team. He acts like an older brother to all members, but takes some time to warm up to any newer members. Once you do get his trust and brotherly affection, you have a steadfast partner and friend.

Touya also participates in underground missions occasionally, and does a weird hybrid of both limelight and underground work. He somehow gets it to work, and is well known in both circles.
