The Todoroki's had finally arrived at their house yesterday. It had taken a few months, but Endeavor was finally out of town again. It was just for the weekend, but that was plenty of time to move all of their belongings. So today there was going to be a double celebration.

The first thing they were celebrating was obvious; the freedom of the rest of the family from Endeavor. The other thing, however, was Izuku's sixth birthday.

Everyone was gathered at the house. Hitoshi, the two Bakugou's, the whole Todoroki family (minus Endeavor of course), detective Tsukauchi, even the sidekicks of the Musketeer agency, they were all gathered for the party.

They were about to get the celebrations under way, when there was a knock at the door. Izuku was confused. Everyone they knew were already present? His father looked pleased (with a hint of smugness) and went to answer the door. "I invited a special guest." Was the only explanation they got.

Everyone waited in the living room for the mysterious company. Suddenly Touya chocked on his drink as he looked down the hall, muttering a quiet "Holy shit."

Behind Izuku's father walks in All Might, who looks around the living room and zeroes in on him. Izuku feels really small as All Might walks over to him. Him being here means he knows, right? He must. Oh no.

"You must be the birthday boy!" Oh. How on Earth did his father get All Might to appear for that?!?!?

"T-That's me!" God it was good to see his old mentor in person again. He idly wondered what would happen One for All this time. It was a miracle chance encounter last time, and All Might won't be missing organs this time. Izuku hopes at least.

"And how old are you turning young man?" He asked, picking Izuku up to sit on his hip.

"6!"

"Hahah! You''ll be starting school soon then! Make sure you study hard! A good hero should be book smart as well as combat smart!" He nods in determination at his idol's words.

"I'll be the best hero All Might, just you wait! Even better than you or Dad!"

His father just smiled softly and ruffled his hair. "You already are, Izuku." It was so sincere, and All Might seemed to pick up on it, but chose to ignore it.

Izuku just flashed his biggest smile at them.

The party ran for hours with the children all falling asleep in a pile on the floor at some point, Izuku and Shouto in the middle. Hisashi smiled at the content faces they all had. It was good to see them all at peace, free from the clutches of the number two.

"Musketeer," Oh right, All Might was still there. Hisashi looked over and made a noise affirming his attention was on the blond. "Why exactly are the Todoroki family here? Shouldn't they be at their own house for when Endeavor comes back?"

"That's because," Inko piped up from the kitchen island, "We're serving Endeavor the court papers and restraining orders soon. Probably tomorrow, when he gets back to Musutafu."

"Court papers?" Understandably he would be confused. Masaru had been filled in at an earlier date, and his own sidekicks had been helping to gather evidence over the course of the investigation.

"Yes," Tsukauchi continued, "He's being charged with child abuse non-sexual, child endangerment, child neglect, illegal quirk marriage, spousal abuse both sexual and non-sexual, rape, endangerment of civilians, as well as bribery and blackmail."

"Holy-" "Not in front of the children, All Might."

"Sorry, but that's... a lot."

Hisashi snorted. "We could probably find more on him, but we wanted to get them away from him as fast as possible. We've been collecting evidence since we met them initially. So about two years."

All Might's face suddenly hardened. "If you need any help delivering them, I'll be happy to assist."

Tsukauchi breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you All Might. With you and Musketeer there to deliver them, there won't be much chance of him retaliating violently. He should know you're both stronger than him. I'll text you when we're preparing to go deliver them."

"Thank you, Tsukauchi."

Entry 6: Togata Mirio, right page

Birthday: July 15th
Height: 184cm
Blood type: O
Quirk: Permeation
Mirio can become intangible, letting him pass through any tangible matter. Using this, he can appear like he was teleporting by phrasing through the floor and popping back up seemingly anywhere he wants.

Mirio is still boisterous and making jokes at every opportunity. At least when the mood calls for it. He also still uses new experiences to better himself at every opportunity, though is a little less determined than the previous timeline. I suspect this has to do with Sir Nighteye's death, or lack thereof.

Excellent at picking his battles, Mirio is still tenacious and stubborn when it came to saving someone. We don't have as close of a relationship, however, as we never interned under Sir together.

Mirio is still in the Big 3, though since the Shie Hassaikai raid didn't happen (or at least, in the way it did last time) he never lost his Quirk, thus allowing him to graduate at the same time as Nejire-chan and Suneater.

Although Sir never split from the All Might agency, he convinced All Might to allow him to take Mirio on as an intern. He was able to learn many more things there than at Sir's independent agency due to the size of All Might's agency. They take on both small and large jobs, with All Might himself mostly taking on the larger ones.

Even though I interned there myself, we didn't have much interaction with eachother. He was under Sir Nighteye, while I was under All Might himself. Mirio continued to intern there even after All Might retired, staying under Sir's employment.
