Adira ties maia up to to a tree along with the rest of the horses and then her and Allison walk inside to the rest of the fey but as soon as the weeping warrior walks through the door Morgana steps in front of her and stops her
"Morgana, whats wrong?" The weeping warrior asks the man blood in confusion as to why she wasn't letting her get passed her
"You went into the smoke and protected the monk, why would you do that?" Morgana asks and glares suspiciously at the girl
"I don't know what you are talking about" The weeping warrior lies to the human and Morgana just scoffs angirly and rolls her eyes
"I saw you" Morgana says and crosses her arms over her chest and still doesn't move out of the way for The weeping warrior and her apprentice
"Last time i checked, i didn't have to explain any of my decisions to you" Adira tells her calmly "and if i were to discuss my reasons, i don't know what makes you think you'd be one of the people i would discuss it with, listen Morgana, i like you alright, you have helped the fey and i really appreciate that but what i don't appreciate is when you decide to stick your nose into my business" the weeping warrior says and gets up into Morganas face and even though morgana was much taller than the weeping warrior, morgana was not the intimidating one in the duo
"I think you should move" Allison says to Morgana, Allison knew that morgana was right, she also had seen the weeping warrior go in there and protect the grey monk, but her loyalty for the weeping warrior didn't even shake a little bit, Allison knew the girl had her reasons and while Allison was young, she was one of the wisest fey that had been around in a very long time so it wasn't very hard for Allison to start piecing little pieces together bit by bit
"And i think you should mind your own business and let the adults have a conversation you're to young to understand any of this" Morgana says (A/N: I love Morgana honestly but the reason I'm making her act like this is because of the witch basically controlling her with the spider alight? ok?) and glares down at Allison which makes the weeping warrior stand in front of Allison protectively
"I'd watch what i was saying if i were you Morgana, and you're one to talk about not minding your own business" the weeping warrior says and was getting defensive now that morgana had bought Allison into it "Now how about you step out of the way before i make you step out of the way or better yet, how about i let 'the little kid whos to young to understand any of this' move you out of the way instead"
Morgana glares at the two girls and doesn't move
"Move Morgana" The weeping warrior growls lowly
"How about you make me" Morgana challenges and now a wicked grin makes its way onto the weeping warriors face and she steps even closer to Morgana and she could hear the humans breath hitch in her throat
"Youre not worthy of my time morgana, you don't want to get on my bad side, id offer to get someone whos been on my bad side to tell you why, but I'm afraid that they are all dead" Adira says sharply and morgana could tell she wasnt joking, the warrior had a fire in her eyes, but the flames were black and Morgana shivered as she felt her body freeze under the weeping warriors gaze.
Adira grabs ahold of allisons hand and shoves past Morgana with a victorious grin on her face "shame about that, i really liked her, she was a little annoying at times but she was sweet and she was pretty courageous at times"
"why do you think she changed all of the sudden, she wasn't like that before today" Allison asks the weeping warrior as they go to get some food
"I don't know, she might just be hurting from the loss of the girl, apparently she died in a fire a few days back, its quite tragic really, but i don't think that that is all that's on Morganas mind, something has changed her completely. Its odd" The weeping warrior states and looks back over to the other side of the room where morgana was already glaring at her and Allison and Adira just gives morgana a big wave and this just angers morgana even more and morgana turns away from them with a scowl
"there's something i need to ask you but i think that it is best if i ask you when we are alone" Allison says to Adira quietly and adira looks over at the younger girl in confusion but nods her head
"Okay, do you want to talk about it now or can it wait for later?" the weeping warrior asks her and Allison thinks about it for a minuet and then shakes her head
"don't worry about it, i can ask you later, it isn't important" Allison tells her "for now we must tend to the wound on your side"
"its nothing don't worry about it" the weeping warrior tells her but Allison knew that it was not nothing, she watched the blade go through her side and it was sure to be a deep cut. Allison grabbed onto the weeping warriors wrist and began to tug her upstairs but Adira stops her
"No, there's a creek down the trail out through the back way, the water will heal me faster" Adira tells the young girl who doesn't believe what she is hearing at first but listens anyways and begins to lead her through the fey and out a small door way at the back of the cave that they were all in and they begin the walk down the trail and the cool wind blew their hair around slightly as they silently walked down to the running water
Adira walks over to the water but stops before she enters and she looks down at her feet, she was embarrassed, the emotion she rarely felt but she was feeling it right now "I need to take off my shirt so it will heal faster, turn around"
"Ive seen your scar, it is nothing to be ashamed of" Allison says softly "They are a reminder of when life has tried to break you, but failed. They are markings of where the structure of your character was welded. They are a reminder that you were strong enough to get through anything that this stupid world throws at you"
Adira looks over at the girl in complete shock of what she just said "where did you learn that?"
"learn what?" the young girl asks in confusion
"those words, someone once told me those exact same words" the weeping warrior says softly and this was just another thing about the girl that reminded Adira so much about Lancelot
"i don't know, i must have heard it in a dream"
