"Quietly squirrel we don't want them to hear us" Allison whispers softly to him and he nods his head and pulls out the blade that Adira had given him when they first met
Squirrel unsheathed it and then stuck it into the material before dragging it down and cutting the back of the tent open, letting out small grunts and then the two stepped into the small tent and it smelt horrible in there
they stares in shock as they find the green knight, tired to a chair and shaking harshley as his head hung low down towards his lap
"Green knight?" Squirrel asks softly as they look over at him and the head of the knight shoots up and he stares the two kids in worry
"Squirrel, no!" He mutters "the two of you must leave, you need to get out of here"
Squirrel and Allison quickly run over to him and try to start cutting the tight ropes to get him loose
"Its okay allison and i are going to get you out of here" Squirrel tells him quickly
"no no no no no no no no no no no" the green knight tells them
"we've got to get you out" Allison says quickly
"the two of you have to get out of here now, go squirrel and Allison, go" the green knight commands them but the two children just keep trying to cut him out
"I wont leave you here" Squirrel tells him
"Percival" the green knight says and squirrel stops cutting and so does allison, Allison looks over at squirell and shock and confusion while squirrel just looked at the green knight in sadness
"i cant, my legs don't work" The green knight says softly and shakes his head "i cant run"
Squirell looked like he was about to cry and Allison instantly felt bad for the boy
"leave me" the green knight commands again
"I wont, come on Allison" Squirell cries and then the two of them started to try and get him free again
"Nimue needs you and Allison, the weeping warrior needs you too. I wish i had a hundred with your courage, now neal" The green knight says and looks towards squirrel "quickly quickly"
Allison stands to the side and Squirrel kneals to the ground
"A knight of the fey... is one with the land, as enduring as the great river... and as true as Arawns bow. we are born in the dawn" The green knight chokes out as his body shook in pain and squirrels sobs racked through the room
"to pass in the twilight" Squirrel chokes out and then he stands up quickly and throws his arms around the green knight and Allison thought about how much she wanted Adira there by her side right now
