I feel really different. The spirit around that guy is different. I doubt that my parents didn't felt it. Or are they just being so foolish to not feel it.

The spirit, the strong one. Like it's been connected to nature. The dark one.

I've read too many books. And the black inked drawings on that man's body is very much familiar to me. I'm scared to give a hint because maybe I'm just wrong but when the moment I lay my eyes on his parents, the spirit got stronger.

Bumaba ang tingin ko sa dibdib ng ama ni Dimitri. I saw the familiar medallion. I once showed it to Ambrogio when we went to the other town outside Bulgaria. That's it.

From the very firts time I lay my eyes on the medallion and 'til I touch it, I feel the different kind of spirit within in.

The irregular trapezoid shape of the medallion is familiar to me. I once read it on the books but I forgot what that means. Something is telling me it's dangerous. Something is not right.

Right after the announcement. I walk out of the party and head to the library. I shuffled the books and some of it fall into the wooden floor. When I found the right one, I open it and look at the books content.

I run my eyes on every pages of it until my eyes stick to one word.

"Sabbatarians", I said as I read the following paragraph below the large word written in italic bold.

Sabbatarians are a group of people who practice religious beliefs. They are known for their own abilities to drive away demons and dark spirits. Later on, the Sabbatarians decided to strengthen their cultures and practices by hunting demons such as lost spirits from the person when they die but didn't want to go to the other side. They offer it to their gods of nature. Years later, the Sabbatarians discover a lot more when they offer a supernatural life to their gods.

I stopped reading. That's why Dimitri's family name is familiar because he is Sabbatarians. The hunters who hunts creatures like us. Supernatural.

If they hunt supernatural, it only means they are stronger than supernaturals. They have something that protect them from the supernaturals. That's why I feel a different kind of spirit around Dimitri it is because the spirits they kill is jailed inside their medallion. The more they kill, the stronger the medallion is. And for his drawings...

Bumaba ulit ang tingin ko sa aklat.

Sabbatarians believe that the more they kill the stronger they will be. The Sabbatarians perform religious rituals every year when a child reach twenty. They inked their skin with the natures symbol. That will give them the strength to start as one of the kind. The drawing symbolizes as the key or the map to something they need to possess. In order to complete the map, they'll kill enough supernatural beings to complete it. And when the map is complete, they will find the things they need to possess, a treasure and more like a cure.

I breathed heavily. What was that? I sinked all the information at a time. I didn't think about it all as I hurriedly run out of the library and run downstairs.

Clearly, it's not just bloodsuckers or vampires are the supernatural being out there. There are a lot more.

Pagkababa ko ay nasaksihan ko kung paano nasira ang aming mansion. At kung paano nagkagulo ang mga panauhin.

One arrow whizzing through the air as it fly to my direction. Kaagad ko itong nasalo ngunit kaagad din nabitiwan.

"AAARRRGGHH!", I screamed and look at my hand that's burned with vervain.
