⚜XXVII. Transition⚜

Hindi ako mapakali sa loob ng mansion. The moon is at peak, the werewolves are at the strongest. I know all of them suffered for the shifting. Full moon is a cursed to them. Break a hundreds of bones for shifting.

Nakatingala ako sa buwan. I'm here at the mansion's porch. The moon looks surreal. Ilang sandali lang ay natabunan ito ng maninipis na itim na ulap.

I heard a loud growl not too far. Bumaba ang tingin ko sa papalapit na lobo sa akin. The gray wolf looks weak. The steps of the wolf is slow and the balance it not good.

I know who that is. Bago pa bumagsak sa lupa ang lobo na nakita ko ay kaagad akong gumalaw. Like a flash of lightning, I run towards the wolf and catch it before it fall into the ground.

She shifted back to her human form. Doon ko lang napagtanto kung anong nangyari sa kanya.

Thalia is bleeding. Her back is severely wounded. I remove my suit and cover her naked body. Sa mabilis na galaw ay bumalik ako sa loob.

Nakasalubong ko si Nathaniel na gulat na nakatingin sa amin.

"Don't look!", I inarticulate anger sound when he near us.

"I'm not looking!", he gnarl back at me.

I jump from ground floor to the second floor and take her to more private place.

"What happened to you!?", galit na tanong ko.

I'm not angry with her, I'm angry to someone who did this to her.

Hindi siya makapagsalita. She just hissed and moan in pain. I don't have a choice. My blood won't heal werewolf wounds. We have different kind of blood.

I place my palms on her severely wounded back and perform some magics from necromancy to her. This is the only way to heal her.

It took me too much energy to do it. Vampires aren't the performer of magic but we're different because we're Originals and we are created through magics ngunit hindi iyon sapat.

My energy almost drained when her wounds started to heal. The bleeding stops. I breathed heavily as I pour out my energy to do necromancy.

It stitched her wounds and close it to stop the bleeding. My hands looks pale now, my energy got drained but I didn't lose my conscious.

Kaagad akong nilingon ni Thalia. She immediately wrap her arms around me for a tight hug. She cry on my shoulder.

Dahil sa panghihina ay hindi ko kaagad siya nayakap pabalik.

"I'm sorry, Cecilion. I shouldn't have put all the blame to you", sabi niya sa akin.

"Who did this to you?", I didn't care about her words. Even if she won't ask for my forgiveness, I will still forgive her.

"Uncle is in transition. He wants to turn us into hybrid", sabi niya sa akin. "I'm scared. There's nothing like that happened before. He made Felix, Fellar, Howe and Redd drinks his blood. I refuse so he hurts me", sabi niya sa akin.

Kaagad akong tumayo sa galit. Ambrogio has done many bad things to me. I will not forgive him. He killed my father and now, he's hurting my beloved. I will never really forgive him.

I leave Thalia there and go to Veronika's room. I hope there are still unburned clothes here. I shuffle her closet. Ng makahanap ng damit ay kaagad akong bumalik sa kay Thaila.

"Wear this. We'll leave right now", sabi ko at tumalikod para makapagbihis siya pero hindi ako umalis.

"I'm done", sabi niya.

She looks pretty and breathtaking with that dress but I don't have time to worship her beauty. We need to leave right now.

"Cecilion! Lorenzo is here!", sigaw ni Nathaniel sa akin galing sa baba.

I grab Thalia close to me and we both jumped to the ground floor.

Lorenzo is indeed there. Nakapamulsa itong nakatingin sa amin.

"Ambrogio is on transition. He triggered his werewolf spirit, Cecilion. He's beyond powerful and deadly when he complete the transition", sabi niya a akin.

"How did you know?", I asked.

"He attacked us. I escape but Luke and Rosemary is in his hands. Their lives are in danger. I need your help to make him stop", he pleaded. I can see it in his eyes.

Mabilis akong tumango sa kanya. Nilingon ko si Nathaniel.

"Where is he?", I ask him.

"At Santa Barbara mountain", sagot nito sa akin.

I don't know where that is but we'll definitely go there.

"Then, let's go!", mabilis na sabi ni Nathaniel kaya tumulak na kaagad kami.

Mabilis kaming nakarating doon dahil sa supernatural speed namin. I'm having Thalia's clothes with me as she shift into wolf form to keep up with us.

The Santa Barbara mountain is very dark. Huminto ako sa likod ng malaking puno. Thalia shifted back to her human form and I handed her the dress. Nathaniel and Lorenzo is ahead of us.

I've seen her whole body as she put in her clothes. Pagkatapos niyang magbihis ay kaagad akong tumalikod sa kanya para tumungo na sa tuktok ng bundok but she pull me back.

She tiptoed and reach for my cold lips. Mabilis lamang iyon na parang pinagdikit niya lang ang aming labi. What do I expect? She's very young to know about these kind of things.

"Whatever happens please know that I love you", she said as she closes her eyes again and kiss me. Ganoon pa rin. She just press her lips against mine.

"I love you too", I cup her cheek and kiss her deeply. I move my lips in a very slow rhythm.

Kaagad akong humiwalay sa kanya. Her eyes are sparkling but I set it aside. We'll get through this.

I'm thinking that I shouldn't have brought her here with me but I can't leave her alone. No, not this time.

Ng makarating na kami sa tuktok ay naroon si Ambrogio. Around him is the witches, the oldest witches of all times.

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko. I know them very, very well. The Lemnos witches, the most powerful practitioner of dark magics. Aside from the Lorenzittees, the Lemnos Witches is on top of it all.

"Hello, brothers", sabi ni Ambrogio sa amin.

"What did you do?", tanong ni Nathaniel.

I look at the bodies on the ground. Pamilyar sa akin ang mga iyon. That's adopted sons of Antonius.

"What have you done!?", I made a thunder voice and glare at Ambrogio.

My eyes are burning with fire. Ang mga kamay ko ay halos mag-aapoy na dahil sa galit.

"I'm transitioning", he open his arms wide. "Now, Cecilion. Give me back my niece and all of this will be over", sabi niya sa akin. "This werewolves here aren't pure-blooded. So, give me the girl with a pure werewolf blood and I'll let you go and your friends", sabi nito sa akin at pinakita sila Luke at Rosemary na nakagapos.

It's not the metal chains that lock them. A spells from the Lemnos is around them.

"NO!", mas hinigpitan ko ang hawak sa kamay ni Thalia.

"GIVE ME MY NIECE!", sigaw niya sa akin at mabilis na mga galaw ay nakalapit siya.

Kaagad akong pumagitna sa pagitan ni Thalia at Ambrogio.

"Lorenzo, take her out of here. NOW!", sabi ko. "I trust you won't fail me".

Lorenzo grab Thalia away from me. It pained me seeing her taken away from me but it's for the best. It's for her safety.

"I'll make her safe, Cecilion. Trust me", aniya bago umalis.

"You've made a wrong choice, brother. You shouldn't have done that", he said meaningfully.
