⚜XIII. Plan⚜

I really don't understand Veronika from getting mad at Cecilion for killing Dimitri. They are bad guys. They are our enemies. And for our parents, it's sucks to be their children. They don't listen to both sides. Kung sino iyong nagpakita ng luha ay siyang papanigan.

And for Veronika. I hate her now. She can't get over the dead Dimitri so our parents need to take her away from home and go for a vacation for weeks.

And now, after what happened. We are left alone here while staring at the huge fire. We burned the bodies into ashes. The vampires and the Sabbatarians.

We team up. I know my brothers are not so fond of me. I'm so wild and they used to call me psychotic maniac. Well, they can't blame me. I was raised this way. No one teach me what's right and wrong. What I want to do will always prevail.

Binalik ko sa isang wooded box na may nakaukit na mga bulaklak doon.

"Is this Veronika's jewelry box?", tanong ko.

"Who cares? They're not here", sabi ni Ambrogio.

Lahat kami ay galit sa ginawa ng aming mga magulang. They tolerate Veronika's feelings too much. It's not that they didn't tolerate my actions too. But they give her false hopes and made her believe that we did wrong against her.

Didn't they just saw what happened? They should have died. Maybe, that's better. Father and mother should die. I don't care anymore. Curse them to death.

"So, what are we gonna do?", tanong ko sa dalawang parehong tahimik na nakaupo sa aking harapan.

They are silent the whole time. Like they are talking using their minds, getting me out of it.

"We'll look for the map", si Cecilion, nilingon niya si Ambrogio na halatang hindi sang-ayon na malaman ko.

"That's what I said. We'll look another Sabbatarian and locate the place what that map show", sabi ko.

"We're not going to look for a Sabbatarians. We'll do other ways", sabi ni Ambrogio. "We can't get ourselves into that kind of fight again. We almost died", sabi niya.

Tumango ako. We almost died. Sabbatarians are difficult to deal with. I got so weak when I was wounded with weapon in vervain. But being a Original, we got advantage but thats not enough to fight them all. They can block our powers.

"What's the plan?", tanong ko sa kanila.

Palipat-lipat ang tingin ko dalawa. Ngunit hindi sila nagsalita.

Cecilion shook his head. "We still don't have plans", sabi niya sa akin ng nagtagal ang titig ko sa kanya. Within the three of us, he's the smartest.

"What? We need to know those things", sabi ko sa kanya.

Umiling lamang ito sa akin. "We'll talk about this tomorrow", sabi ni Ambrogio.

I got a feeling. I think they are hiding something from me. I know it. Cecilion is a bad liar. I can see it in his eyes that he's lying. I know they really don't like me. I understand but I won't let them go alone if they are planning to go without me.

I'll investigate.

I can't tell Nathaniel our plans. It will only screw up. It's not that I don't trust him. I just don't want to drag him into this. This matter should end up with me and Ambrogio. Nathaniel should be out of this. This is dangerous. I can't bare to carry him full of blood again.

"Do we need to keep this from him?", tanong kong muli kay Ambrogio.

He said it first that we shouldn't bring Nathaniel with us.

"It should be. He should be out from this", sabi niya sa akin.

It's midnight when we sneak out from the mansion. Our parents are still not here. They are still on their vacation with Veronika.

Ng makalayo na kami ni Ambrogio sa mansion ay narito na kami sa kakahuyan. I don't know where the unfinished map will lead us but I hope we'll find it.

"So, brothers. No plans, huh?", nagulat kami ng biglang lumitaw si Nathaniel sa aming harapan.

Napatigil ako. Si Ambrogio ang lumapit sa kay Nathaniel.

"We have. But it doesn't include you. Better stay at home", sabi nito.

"Nah! I don't want to. I want to come", sabi nito at tumingin sa akin sandali at binalik sa kay Ambrogio.

"No. You can't. This thing should end with the two of us and not with you. So go back there and be a good boy. Our mother will be so furious if she'll know we brought you to mess", sabi ko sa kanya para matigil na siya.

Umiling ito. "I don't care about them. Mad and be mad, I'll come", sabi niya sa amin.

"I guess I don't have a choice", sabi ni Ambrogio as he break Nathaniel's neck. "Bye, brother. When you wake up. We're gone", sabi nito at naunang umalis sa mabilis na galaw.

I look at Nathaniel who's unconscious but I'm sure he'll wake soon. Tama lang na makaalis kami.

We followed where that unfinished map guided us. It's not finished yet but maybe we can find a way to figure it out. I hope we can figure it out when we have leads.

It's almost morning when we reach to one clearing far away from Bulgaria. We're still in the woods. May mga maliliit na mga kabahayan doon. Made of woods.

Lumapit kami ni Ambrogio doon. Ng makalapit sa isang kabahayan ay may lumabas na mga lalaki galing sa kabilang dako ng kagubatan. The three of them are only wearing shorts and their bodies are dirty with muds.

"We have a visitors", natatawang sabi ng nahuli.

Lahat sila ay napatigil ng huminto ang nauna sa kanila. Dinipa niya ang braso para mapahinto din ang kasama. I saw his nose moves as he sniff us.

"Vampires", sabi nito sa amin.

He knows who we are? Who are they?

Nasagot lamang ang katanungan ko ng umatake sila sa amin. In their wolf form, they attack us. I got wounded with one of them. A trace of claws on my chest slowly healed.

Napatingin ako sa lobo na kaharap ko ngayon. Who is the alpha of this small pack?

Ng umatake ulit ito sa akin ay kaagad kong nahawakan ang kanyang leeg ay binalibag sa aking likoran. I turn to my back and watch the wolf ngunit bago pa iyon makatayo ay nakagat ako ng isa sa mga ito.

I grip on the wolf's neck but it's very strong. I turn around to face the wolf as it attack me again. It bites my shoulder again. Kaya napahiga ako sa lupa as the wolf is above me.

In supernatural speed and superhuman strength, I flip our position. I forcefully pinned the wolf against the ground and to my surprise, the wolf shifted to it's human form. And it's a she.

We are both panting, trying to catch our breath. Bumaba ang tingin ko sa kanyang katawan. Her chest is exposed and even though I haven't seen her in full, I knows she's naked under me. In speed, I remove my first layer suit and cover it to her.

Nagkatinginan ulit kami. Her eyes are full of anger and range while mine is full of gentleness and care.

What's wrong with me? They are our enemy and why am I suddenly caring about them?

I was about to offer a hand to help her to stand up but she push me away from her. Ilang metro akong tumilapon ng tumayo siya. The anger in her eyes won't go away.

"Thalia! Come here. Now!", one of the men called her.
