I really can't believe our mansion burned down. The news shocked me. The tragic end of Vladiskav, our father filled the whole Bulagria for weeks or a month. The news papers informed me. Ambrogio didn't even tell me.

And he didn't even look for our parents? What if something bad happened to mother? To Veronika? I know we have a little issue going on in between but that's not a thing to stop me from caring about them. They are still our family, and family is important. We should stick together.

"You know the relationship I have with our mother, Cecilion. She probably don't want to see me and Veronika? She's very mad at us, especially you because you're the one that killed her supposed to be husband!", sigaw ni Ambrogio sa akin.

I know. I understand but at least he should have gather some clues where they're probably right now kahit na huwag na lang siyang magpakita.

And, I know that Veronika is mad at me for killing Dimitri. Can you blame me? Would you blame me for only saving her. Seeing her bled put me to miserable condition. I can't stand seeing every drops of her blood reach the ground. So I needed to take action and the only thing to stop it is to kill him.

Anong hindi niya naiintindihan doon? Is she that in love with that Sabbatarian to just let him invade our peace and put danger to our lives?

Pathetic. My sister is just too young. Young love isn't good.

"Uhmm", a sweet soft voice filled my ear. I want to attack Ambrogio right now for giving me disappointments but her voice stopped me from doing it.

Kaagad ko siyang nilingon. Her expressive eyes are on mine. It's different from before. Right now, I saw fear and shock in her eyes.

"Yes!?", si Ambrogio.

"Sweet little thing. What is it, little girl?", Nathaniel walk towards her direction.

Really?

"Nathaniel!", I said in a warning tone but he just laugh.

"What? She has something to say?", sabi nito at nilingon ulit si Thalia.

"It's dinner time", she said again. That voice. Sounds like lullaby.

Nathaniel almost jump for joy at the mention of dinner. He really is insane. Mabilis itong umalis at iniwan kami para makababa na sa hapunan.

Sumunod si Ambrogio dito. Ang akala ko ay susunod si Thalia sa kay Nathaniel ngunit nagkakamali ako. She waited for us. Ng lumampas sa kanya si Ambrogio ay hindi pa rin siya gumalaw.

I thought she's waiting for Ambrogio, her uncle but when I near her, her expressive eyes are at it again. Ng makalampas na ako sa kanya ay tsaka pa lang siya gumalaw para sumunod sa akin.

I stop para paunahin siya but she stop walking too when she notice my move.

Dinungaw ko siya. She's very pretty. But she's too young to know things like that. Probably in her age, hindi pa niya mararamdaman ang ganoong bagay.

"Stay away from Nathaniel", I warned her.

Nanlaki ang kanyang mga mata. "Why?", she softly ask.

I crouch a bit to level her eye vision. she's young but already tall. Her height is not right for her age.

"Because I say so", sabi ko.

Her lips slightly parted. "O-Okay", she said.

Hindi ako ngumiti. Instead, I give her dangerous look before proceeding to the stairs at bumaba.
