Jealous

Wally felt like he was walking on eggshells around Isaac. He thought he knew him, but here recently Wally felt like he was back at square one from the day they first met. 
None of the others took notice of his behavior towards Wally, except Nicole, and he didn't know if he was just looking to into it, or if it was some twin thing. 

But other than Isaac's odd behavior, everyone else acted the same. Willow and Jaxon kept asking for tips on how to break into places, which Wally refused to give. Nicole was still as bubbly as ever and Alex was still her sarcastic Gothic self.

Everything was the same... Except it wasn't.
They were all at their favorite diner, Willow, Nicole, and Isaac on one side of the booth. Wally, Alex, and Jaxon on the other. 

Wally was sitting in front of Willow.
Chewing with her mouth open she asked once more, "how did you get my mother's necklace back?"
"Skill," was the only answer he gave them. He tried to catch Isaac's eyes but he looked away. 

"Skill? What kind of skills do you have?" Asked Isaac with a smirk, still not looking at him.
"I have plenty of skills, thank you very much!"
Everyone at the table laughed at the seemingly normal banter since this was how they usually acted with a bit of flirting. 

"I'll have to see it to believe it," he mocked, "but right now... I don't believe it."
Wally's smile slipped a bit and he turned his head away, looking out the window his eyes met dark blue ones. They walked off and Wally heard the sound of the bell overhead.

The chattering at their table died down and Wally was scared to look at the cause. 
"Usually you greet old friends Baywatch."
Wally slowly turned, "hi.."
"For crying out loud," scoffed Roy, "get up and give us a hug."

Wally smiled at the very unRoy behavior, "awe, missed me that much RoyBoy?"
Getting up he jumped over Alex and Jaxon gracefully before falling into the two archers' awaiting arms. 

Roy snorted, "bring back that old nickname and I'll be tempted to say no."
Placing a hand over his heart he responded, "you wound me RoyBoy. At least Arty will say she missed me."
"Don't call me Arty, Baywatch."
"See, told you she missed me."

"Wally?" Said person turned to the sweet voice of Nicole, "are you going to introduce us?"
"Oh!" Exclaimed Wally, "guys this is Roy. Roy that's Alex, Jaxon, Willow, Nicole, and Isaac. And you all remember Artemis."
"How could I forget the badass goddess that I got my ass handed to," spoke Jaxon, sending a wink towards Artemis. 
She snorted, "wow Wally, he flirts worse than you."

"He-"
"I guess Wally just goes around flirting with everyone, huh?" mumbled Isaac under his breath.
"Huh?" asked Wally, looking at Isaac with a confused and hurt expression. 
Their eyes met, "what?" Asked Isaac, going back to his phone. 
"What did you say?" 
Willow gave Wally a confused look, "Isaac didn't say anything Wally."
Giving the people at the table a confused look he mumbled, "oh.."

Isaac abruptly stood up, "I have to get going. Basketball practice starts in 15 minutes."
"I thought we were coming with you?" Alex questioned, glancing between Wally and Isaac. 
He hesitated, "I mean, yea, you all can come, but I'm guessing Wally wants to stay and catch up with his friends?"
Wally, momentarily at a loss for words, grabs ahold of Isaac's arm while he walked by. "But I thought-"
"What?"

"Just because my friends are here doesn't mean I can't come.."
A soft look appears in Isaac's eyes before he looked away and shrugged nonchalantly, "ok."
He takes off walking, the rest following behind. Wally, Roy, and Artemis were taking up the rear.
"What did you do to him?" Asked Artemis.
"Nothing!" He hissed back.

Roy, Artemis, and Wally sat away from everyone else and Wally tried to stay in the conversation, he really did, but he couldn't help but watch Isaac get his butt destroyed out there. 
That never happened.

"Earth to Baywatch, are you even listening?" Asked Artemis an amused yet irritated look on her face.
"Hmm-yea, of course," he responded distractedly.
"You know? I bet he's probably bi... I probably have a shot with him if you aren't going to date him."

"Hmm? Yea totally," he responded yet again distractedly, before what Artemis just said sank in. Turning to her he let out a hiss, "mine."
"Oh my god! You even act like a cat!" Artemis exclaimed, Roy, chuckling beside her.

Wally gave her a bemused expression before turning to Roy. "You didn't!?" 
He held up his hands, "I actually didn't. She figured it out herself."
"You don't exactly try to hide it. But that's what we were talking about earlier, but someone wasn't paying attention."

Wally scoffed, "yea, yea. And I have noticed that I have been a bit reckless." He snorted out a laugh, "I still can't believe that Dick doesn't know."
"Speaking of Dick, he just recently came out as bi," Roy smirked at him.

Wally gave them a confused look, "I already knew he was bi. I mean the Little Bird lets me kiss him any chance I get-"
Wally's words died on his tongue, but Artemis' screeching broke him out of his thoughts, "you two kissed!? Multiple times?!"

Before Wally could respond they all heard something hit the floor before everyone gasped. Wally looks over to see what was happening and saw that Isaac had thrown the basketball on the ground and was walking away.

The coach was screaming behind him, telling him if he didn't come back then he'd never be on the team again.
But Isaac kept on walking towards the changing rooms.

Nicole walked up to Wally, "maybe you should go talk to him?" She looked unsure of herself like she wanted to go herself.
"I highly doubt he wants to talk to me," he sighed.

She gave him a surprised look before scowling. It was an odd look on her always happy face. "I think you should go talk to him. Now."
With a pull she had him standing and with a push, he was now walking towards the changing rooms. 

He heard his feet echo in the semi-empty room, turning the corner he saw Isaac sitting down on the bench, shirt off, towel around his neck, and head down.
A water bottle had been thrown across the room, Wally picked it up. 

Walking over he held the bottle out, "here.."
Isaac took it without looking at him and Wally had enough. He squatted down and reached out to the slightly taller boys face.
Gripping his face he turned it towards him and gasped.

Isaac had tears in his eyes, "I'm fine.. I'll be fine."
"Isaac.." Wally whispered, "talk to me. What's wrong? I don't-please."
A hollow laugh escaped his lips, "Rob... Robin... Rob was your first love. Robin was your first love and he broke your heart... But you still love him, don't you?"
Their eyes met and Wally had to ponder the question before he realized what was being asked. 

"I don't know what-"
"Wally the cameras cut back on... I saw everything."
"That was just a bit of harmless flirting though! That doesn't mean-" He tried to defend himself, but even he knew it was futile. 
"You kissed him!" Isaac shot back without hesitation.
Wally opened his mouth before closing it a few times, giving off the impression of a fish.
Isaac laughed, "I really like you, ya know?"

"I-I know," he stuttered, "I-I... Oh god, I've been so focused on myself that I never took your feelings into consideration have I..?" Taking Isaac's hands he continued, "never again will I make that mistake."
"Don't," he choked out. 
Wally was at a loss, "don't what?"
"Don't make that promise. Don't make me like you even more. You've always taken my feelings into consideration." He stopped and stared off into space, "it's just a stupid crush anyway. I'll get over it eventually."

They finally made eye contact, Isaac's eyes dry of tears but a sad smile in place. "Besides I did say I would help you win the love of your life's heart right?" 
"Isaac-" he ripped his hands away from Wally, throwing his shirt back on before turning and reaching a hand out to Wally.

Staring, he took it gently, Isaac pulling him to his feet. 
"We should probably head back out there before coach has a cow. Hopefully, I'm not completely off the team."

He turned around and headed for the doors, Wally rooted to the spot. 
"Isaac-" said person turned around, "I never meant to hurt you."
His jaw hardened, "I know. Come on Wally. Everyone's waiting."
He starts to follow behind before he got a notification on his phone.

Momma Cat: Joker kidnapped Harley. We're going to go find her tonight
