Cat Flash?

New School?

A week has passed and Kid Flash was finally back with the team.
He seemed happier, but no one commented on it, for Kid Flash was always happy.
Catwoman has taken Catboy on many heists in the 1 week that they had together and let's just say Batman was not happy.
It wasn't the fact that he couldn't catch them, but it was the fact that Catboy kept targeting Robin.

Robin is old enough to handle himself, but he's never had someone pursue him like this.
Especially a guy!
Batman has been pulling Robin out of more and more missions over it. And this was all in the span of 7 days!
So Batman was not happy. Not one bit.
And neither was Robin. 

He didn't understand why Batman was doing this. He's capable of handling a bit of pursuing.
He knows he's overprotective, but this is taking it a bit to far.

As of right now both Batman and Robin were brooding in the Batcave.
"Got any leads on Catboy and Catwoman?" Robin asks nonchalantly, messing with a birdarang.
Batman glances at him briefly, "no."
Robin sighs, "I can take care of myself. It's not like-"
"You have never dealt with an opponent like this before. It seems he takes after his partner." He all but growled to the bird.

"Come on~ it can't be that hard. I mean you and Catwoman ar-"
"You and Catboy are not me and Catwoman," he stressed.
Robin tilts his head back and groans, "I'm heading to the cave."
He heads toward the zeta tube, discarding the birdarang on a table, but stops. "Can Wally come over afterwards?"

Batman glances back at his partner and sighs, seeing the puppy dog eyes in full affect, even if he did have his mask on.
"Fine, as long as it's ok with his parents."
Robin fist pumped the air, letting out a whoop and headed out.

"Robin~" someone screams, before Robin was tackled by an unknown force.
He looks up and that unknown force comes in the form of a young, redhead boy.
"Wally," he groans, "get off."
With all of his strength he pushes the older boy off.

Wally pouts for a bit, before he smiles. "So what did daddybats say?" He asks.
Robin grins back, "he said yea dude. You know he can't resist these eyes."
He laughs, "those things should be illegal."

Getting off the ground, they both headed towards the living room.
"Video games?" Robin asks, done setting the system up.
"Su-" *BZZZ*
Wally sighs before pulling out his phone and checking the message.

"Sorry dude, mom wants me to be somewhere." He looks at the message confusedly before groaning. "It's about school."
Robin laughs, "what did you do this time Wallman?"
"Nothing!... At least.. I think nothing." He gives a sheepish grin at him.

"Speaking of school. Why aren't you in school?" Robin asks.
Wally gives him a sheepish smile again, before Robin hits him over the head.
"Idiot," He mutters to himself.
"Ow! Hey! Alright then Boy Wonder, why aren't you in school?"
"Late night patrolling. Didn't get back till school done started." Robin explains with a straight face.

There was a brief pause before Wally uttered out a single, "oh," then dashed off.
Intent on avoiding the conversation.
"Bye Rob, meet you at the Batcave later?" He yells.
"Yea!" But he was done gone with his name echoing through the mountain.
"All alone.. What to do?" He wonders out loud. He decides that training would be better than playing video games by himself.

*With Wally and Selina*

"Selina~!" Wally whined, "I don't want to go to school! It's boring~. Besides I'm smarter than that whole entire place!"
"If you don't stop complaining I'll take away your entire gaming station and reduce you down to 5 meals a day." Selina threatened with a gleam in her eyes.
Wally gasps, putting a hand over his heart, "You wouldn't dare!"
"Oh I would," she giggles, "but come on Wally. It can't be that bad. New school, new you."
He scoffs, "yea right."

They stop in front of the school and Selina looks over at him, then back at the school.
She sighs and places a hand on his shoulder, "listen Wally, you don't have to take everyone's bullsh-crap. Sometimes enough is enough and you have to stand up for yourself. Plus this is a different school. Granted it's not the best in Gotham, but it has to be better than Central. Make some frie-"
"Friends? I can't cause no one wants to be seen with a soulless ginger. I can't stand up for myself cause I'm a hero. I can-"

"You're also Catboy. And Wallace Kyle.." She says with hesitation, still not used to the fact that she was technically now a mom.
Wally looks up with a hopeful expression and smiles.
He frowns once more though and looks down, "do you really think I can do it?"
"Of course," she says with so much confidence that Wally couldn't help but to believe her. 

They hear the bell ring, and they both look towards the doors seeing kids all kinds of ages walking about. Some even with lunch trays.

"Are you ready?" She asks looking at him with pride.
He smiles back, "yep."
They soon walk into the building, people staring and whispering as they went by, but they kept their heads high.
And if people dared to touch them or make eye contact, they learned quickly not to do that again.

For the Kyle family was very protective of one another.
Before they even made it to the office Wally done had some respect from some of the other students.
Maybe this won't be so bad.

*Time Skip*

Wally and Selina finally made it out of the school building and arrived back home.
Wally jumps on the couch and quickly relaxes, before jumping up again.
"Crap! I was suppose to meet Rob at the Batcave!" He exclaims before rushing about.

He grabbed a bag and a few clothes, tossing them in with no care, before running up to Selina and kissing her on the cheek. "Bye Selina! I'll be back tomorrow!"
"Don't forget tomorrow is your first day at school!" She yelled at him.
"I won't!" He yells back, disappearing out of sight.

Back at the Batcave, currently Dick Grayson, was waiting on a certain speedster to show up.

"Finally!" Dick exclaimed running to the zeta, "what took you so long?"
"Dude! You won't believe it. I'm finally skipping a grade! Instead of going through Junior year next year, I'm going to be skipping right over to Senior year! But of course I have to finish this Sophomore year before I do anything." He finished with a smile.

"Congrats Walls, I knew you had it in ya!" He exclaimed, pumped for his friend's achievements.
"Yea! But.. That was the longest time I have went without food~!" He yelled before sprinting up the stairs passed Alfred.
"No running in the house Master Wallace!" He yelled at him.
"Sorry!" Wally hollered back causing Dick to bust out laughing before running after him, getting the same scolding from Alfred and causing Wally to laugh this time.. And almost causing him to choke on his sandwich.
Yep. Life was good.
