【 FAITH 】

The test was done, and perfect scores for the four of us. Me and Emma were so happy to be praised by Mama, we are both hugging her and she's laughing as she pinch our cheeks. Norman and Ray are just watching us with their small smiles.

After the test, we have enough time to play again!

We all run outside the house and gathered under the tree near the house, the others starts talking but Don suddenly yelled.

"Norman! Let's play tag, you're it!" My smile became wide as I stood up and stretch, Emma did the same as we ready for a run. We both jog a bit, stretch our arms and legs to get ready.

"Pfft, Emma and Faith looks like a pro when they're stretching like that," Nat spoke and I just shrugged my shoulder and continue stretching my body.

"Yes, that's true," Gilda commented and Anna nodded in agreement

"Thirty minutes-"

"You're not gonna play with us, Ray?" I asked Ray who's leaning on the trunk of the tree while holding a book. He shook his head and I rolled my eyes after knowing his answer.

"Tch! Would it kill you to play with us at least once?!" Emma commented and I nodded in agreement.

"You go, Norman's gonna start counting,"

Me and Emma glance at each other as we both run together, we can hear the other kids commenting about how fast we run. Well, Norman and Ray are fast runner, too. But Norman easily gets tired, so he always walk when looking for the other kids and save his energy in searching for me and Emma.

When we reached the forest, Emma and I split up. I climb the tree and sit on the thick branch of it as I watch Norman walk towards the forest, I always feel this nervousness every time I saw Norman walking to find us. I stood up and jumped towards the nearest tree, I hugged the trunk as I ready myself for a jump again. I did it again until I reach the tree where Emma is sitting, I sat properly on the branch again and made sure that my legs can't be seen from the ground.

I heard Don's voice, and I guess Conny is with him again.

"Norman! Come on, get us!"

I covered my mouth and I saw Emma jump towards the other tree again. Well, tree climbing and jumping tree to tree are just easy for us.

Norman might be near them, so I need to be quiet or else I'm dead. I'm on the tree near Don and Conny, so I need to guard my surroundings and always check the enemies position.

"Don, you always let your guard down," I prevented myself from laughing when I saw Don's reaction, he looked so shock to see Norman behind him.

"I told you, right? Your weakness is you always judge easily and lose your cool," He pat Don's shoulder and was about to run to the other side but he suddenly look up and when our eyes met. We both smile to each other and he starts climbing the tree, I look around and I saw a tree near this one, the branch seems thin but I know I can handle it.

I waited until Norman is closer and then, jumped towards the other tree and hold the branch of it as I swing myself and let go of the branch—falling to the ground and preparing myself to land safely.

"FAITH!" Norman and Don called.

I reached the ground and look back to Norman who's shock because of what I did.

I just chuckled and starts running again.
