32 - LAST DAY.

32 - Last Day.

【 FAITH 】

"We made it!" The kids yelled after going back to the cave. We did some training outside and went to hunt some animals for our dinner tonight. My fever finally disappeared, and I already made my decision. Though, my younger siblings aren't aware about it yet, I don't know when and how to tell them.

"Tomorrow will be the time for you to leave the forest," Sonju spoke, all of us nodded and the kids starts running. They look all so cheerful. Seems like traveling with Musica and Sonju is one of the best thing that happened to these kids. Soon, they'll parts ways from us...

"Leave the dinner to us!" Rossi said with his cheery voice while pointing to Mark, amazing, they already know what to do. I guess I don't really need to worry about them being away from me.

"Then, we're gonna make more medicines using herbs!" Yvette raised her hands and Jemima nodded with a smile on her face. They all look so happy to achieve something, they're growing up so fast...I can't help but, to feel really glad and sad at the same time. I won't be able to see them grow up for the next two years...

But,

I'm worrying for nothing.

They already know how to survive in this world, however...most of them are still young. They learned how to use bow and arrow, and Sonju also taught us how to hunt, how to...kill living things, and how to pay respect to the Gods after killing a living thing. It actually hurts, thinking how that vida plant was stabbed to my siblings....while they were still alive. 

I...I saw Mica getting killed using that plant, and it's a horrible feeling. I don't ever want to experience that again. I wish I could forget that...

"Hey," I flinched when I heard someone's voice behind me, It's Ray, mah favorite guy.

"Just want to...say goodbye," he said, his voice sounds...dejected. I stared at him who's staring at the ground.

"This farewell is too advanced," I said as I force a smile.

"No, just in time, actually. We'll live and continue our journey tomorrow, and you're gonna be with Musica and Sonju until we come back for you," he said, I looked at the kids who are doing their best to cook our dinner for tonight. They're all having fun.

"Haha...I'll miss this sight," I spoke while watching my siblings do every work diligently. They are hard working, kind, nice, and adorable. I don't know how to explain myself to them tomorrow. I hope the drama won't last long.

"Hmm...me too," Ray said, I quickly turned my head to him, only to caught him staring at me. I stared back as I smile. The heck does he mean by that? This guy is really...

Haist.

"Pfft, seriously--"

"Seriously," he interrupted. I can't help but, smile. I don't really know what to do with this guy.

He needs to calm down, really.

"Yeah, yeah. Enough with that already and let's eat," I replied as I head towards my siblings. He's really not hiding it now, huh? 

Come to think of it...he never hides it.

I'm just so dense to think that he was doing all those because we're friends.

Geez...
