Dear Diary,
There had been a number of events that happened since the beginning of April, especially here in the United Kingdom. The Ministerial Defence Committee had replaced Lord Chatfield's ministerial position of Minister for Coordination of Defence, with the First Lord of the Admiralty, who is coincidentally Winston. Both of us have discussed the possibility of him being informed by both the Committee and Regius Obligatus, where his decision making will be impacted by both. For every day since the third until now, the British started their Norwegian Campaign, which happened on the ninth. The same day, Denmark was invaded and surrendered within six hours. I had to watch it with dismay and had comforted the Danish Royal Family in regards to the fall of Denmark, promising them that Denmark will be retaken with a vengeance. Over the next couple of days, up until today, there were troop movements in terms of the British Royal Navy, alongside British and French troops in regards to operations in Denmark and Norway.
Besides all of these... events, I wonder what is going on with Alexander and Hugo. Of course, Winston and I, along with a couple of other people were told specifically not to contact him, due to the fear that a member of Hitler's government will find out and eventually Alexander and Hugo will pay dearly for it. Yet, there seem to be notes, confidential papers and blueprints being sent from Regius Obligatus's branch in Germany, with the ominous logo of Absconditus Custos, hidden somewhere on the envelope and the paperwork. By using Regius Obligatus as the mode of transporting these important documents, I wonder why Alexander would use Regius Obligatus to pass on the information? There would only be speculations coming from Winston, Douglas, Emily and I. But I believe it is something relating to security and the general idea that Absconditus Custos is... somewhat nonexistent and under the radar as it is not as widely known as Regius Obligatus.
