Dear Diary,

Today has really been a tough day. Hugo, Alexander and I left for the airport quite early in the day in order to travel for the rest of the day, heading towards Washington D.C. Right now, I believe we are halfway there as I am writing this diary entry. We managed to discuss various topics in relations to the war, Regius Obligatus, Absconditus Custos and just the trip to Washington D.C. while Alexander is currently lounging as Hugo just sleeps. Here I am, just writing my diary entry. It is just pretty quiet on the plane now. After everything that happened so far, I believe that Alexander is holding it together quite nicely to some extent. I don't know how he does it, but judging from what's happening right now, he seems to have a conflict within himself: one is the duty to the United Kingdom and the monarchy, and the other is his love for Isabelle. I'm not sure if it would ever resolve until the end of the war, for better or for worse. Unless he died during the war, which will be a real bummer.

Everything about the Inner War comes down to the execution after years of planning. This explains his duty to the United Kingdom and the monarchy. Sure, Alexander could send someone off to do it. But, he fears that someone would become a double agent and work against Regius Obligatus and the monarchy. By putting his life on the line, Alexander now has the ability to execute the Inner War to its fullest extent in absolute perfection. The word 'execution' here has three meanings: 1) Alexander executes the Inner War in absolute perfection, 2) Nazi Germany is executed by the Inner War and the Allies won with no lasting consequences and in absolute perfection, and 3) Nazi Germany is executed by the Inner War with one devasting price to the Allies, Regius Obligatus and Absconditus Custos: Alexander gets executed as a traitor to Hitler in the process, labelling this traitorous act as treasonous.

This diary entry will be the first of many to come as it is a chance for me to reflect on the day's events among a number of other things that would come to mind in the future.
