Jen's POV

"So where's my room?" I asked.

I followed him to a big room. It smelled like my mate. "Um, I said, my room."

"This is our room."

"No, I'm not sharing a room with you! Much less, a bed!"

"Unpack here. This is our room," he walked out.

Arghhhhhhhh! Annoying dominating asshole of a stupid mate! Stupid alpha! Stupid pack!

I messily unpacked, grumbling and glaring at everything.

After a while of unpacking, I heard the doorbell ring. I rushed out, and I reached the door the same time Nikki did. Xavier was behind us. I grinned at Nikki and opened the door.

There was a slutty girl with so much makeup on her, she looked like Barbie.

"Bethany, what do you want?" Xavier said, clearly annoyed.

Nikki's POV

Uh oh, Bethany spells T-R-O-U-B-L-E.

Wattpad stories taught me that she was no good.

Bethany batted her eyelashes and walked in. She sat on the couch and dragged Xavier with her. Me and Jen followed and stayed standing.

Xavier growled. "Get out."

That bitch batted her eyelashes again. "Why Xav? We had sooo much fun last time! It was better than the other times!" She grabbed Xavier's arm.

I glanced quickly at Jen. Her face seemed neutral, but her hands were reaching to her boots, which meant she was DYING to make a dagger appear and pretend to grab it from her boots.

Xavier growled again. "Bethany, I said GET OUT!"

But 'Xav' didn't seem like he was trying that hard.

"But babe, you said I felt good last time, and you were craving me!"

I scrunched my nose up in disgust. My ears! My poor, poor, ear!

Ugh, I want to gouge out that bitch's eyes.

She jumped on Xavier's lap and grinded against him.

I felt Jen tense up and reach her arms into her boots and-

"GET OUT!" Xavier pushed her off and slammed the door.

I pulled Jen into my already unpacked room, and locked the door.

I glanced at her, concerned. "Are you okay?"

Jen pointed at the door.

"Xavier's listening in," she mindlinked.

I nodded.

"Let's escape and get out of here."

I sighed. "I'm all ears."

Jen's POV

Ugh, its morning in this hellhole. 'Xav' made me sleep next to him at night. It was comforting, not that I was ever going to admit to him.

Xavier walked out from the bathroom. "Get ready, you and Nikki will be going to the training grounds today."

I glared at him. "Yes sir." Yeah, I was still calling him sir. I mean, why not? He had a relationship with someone, and I didn't want him as my mate anyways.

Xavier growled and walked out of the room. Serves you right bastard.

Unlike me, Nikki never liked fighting or training. She always has a lot of energy though.

"Ugh, it's you guys again? Why are you following Xavier like lost puppies?" That bitch Bethany walked over.

I gritted my teeth and Nikki put her hand on my shoulder.

"Nikki, Jen, this is Bethany, one of the top pack warriors," Xavier turned to us.

"Once we beat her, she won't be!" Allie snarled.

"Calm down Wolfie!"

"Hi," Nikki said.

Bethany looked us up and down and raised her eyebrows. "Yeah, whatever. So, Xav, what do you want me to do?"

"Train them," he answered. "Don't be too hard on them though."

He glanced at me and walked away. Ugh, I can't believe he's my mate. Moon goddess, why do you do this to me?

Bethany smirked at us. "So? Who wants me to beat your ass?"

I growled. "Is your head stuck in the clouds?"

Bethany glared at me. "I'm the Luna. Don't you dare disrespect me."

Nikki grabbed my hand warningly as I clenched my fist.

"And who said that?" I snarled.

Bethany smirked. "Xavier."

That was the last straw, and Nikki knew that, for she let go of my hand and stepped back.

Bitch, it's on.
