Ellie's POV

"Why do you have to leave?" I heard my mate ask pleadingly.

I willed my voice not to crack. "I have to go Calum. I'm sorry, but I have to go."

"I didn't do anything, did I?" He asked.

I looked at his sorrowful face, his eyes full of heartbreak and sadness.

I sighed. "No, you didn't."

"Then why?" He asked sadly, with a small hint of anger in his voice.

"Look, I can't explain it to you. I'm sorry. You were wonderful to me, and I thank you very much for that. But I have to go. Don't try to come after me. You won't find me. Goodbye Calum." My voice cracked at the end, and I turned away, crossing the border and not letting anyone see me bawl my eyes out.

I heard a howl coming from behind me. It was a howl full of sorrow and anger, a heartbreaking howl. A howl that took all of my willpower not to me run back to him and jump into his arms.

I pushed myself to stay strong. There was no turning back now.

Calum's POV

I locked myself in my office for days. I tried to take my mind off her, but every single second, I couldn't stop thinking about her.

My mind swarmed with questions. Why did she leave?

Maybe I wasn't good enough for her? She said she couldn't explain it to me, and that I was wonderful to her. But then why did she leave? Was there a threat?

I heard a knock. "Come in," I said tiredly.

I saw West, my mate's brother, and my best friend. He looked worried. "I think you should take a break. Take a run or go to the training grounds."

I growled. "No."

He sighed. "I know you are sad and confused. We are all upset. Our Luna just left. But I don't think she would want you to stay locked up in your office."

He was right. I shouldn't be moping around like this. She wouldn't want me to be like this.

"West, I want you to track down Ellie's tracks." I looked at him seriously. "And report back to me when you find something."

Ellie's POV

I finally arrived at Samatha's house! I shifted and changed quickly. I had no time to waste; I already wasted 1 and a half day traveling.

I knocked on the door, and I saw a face appear at the window then disappear. One second later, the door was flung open.

Before I had the chance to talk, she stopped me from moving inside.

"In three," she held up three fingers. "Two," she held up two fingers. "And one," she said, holding up 1 finger and gestured at the forest behind me.

I looked behind me, confused, until I heard some rustling.

Then I saw Weather Havoc.

Samantha spoke up. "Faith and Gem, I have clothes for you when you shift. Ellie, follow me. And don't ask how I know your names. I'm not the only one who had a dream," she said, looking at me.

I nodded and followed her in without a word.

After we all settled down, Samantha started talking.

"Okay, we all have stories to tell. Let's introduce ourselves and I'll tell you why you were lead here. I'll go first. So, as you know, I'm Samantha. This is near Moonlight Pack, with Alpha Fane and Luna Caroline. Caroline is my best friend. I am going to tell you something that you should never, ever tell anyone else. Not even your mate." I suddenly saw Gem's head droop a little and Faith hug her, comforting her.

"Caroline has... powers. She could do a lot of magical shit, but she's not the main character here! Just to keep her unimportant, she is also a dragon and, of course, a werewolf. I am also a dragon and a werewolf, but I don't have amazing cool powers like Caroline. But I'm still very important!" I giggled, and I saw Samantha grin.

"Oh and we are like hybrids of every tribe! There is a border for dragons that both dragons and werewolves forgot about. This border could help people go to the dragon realm. And I think that's it. Any questions?" She said.

Gem spoke up. "So what do you mean, you and Caroline are hybrids of every tribe?"

Samantha nodded at her question. "Okay, so there are two continents. Pyrrhia and Pantala. Pyrrhia has 7 tribes. Rainwing, Icewing, Nightwing, Seawing, Sandwing, Skywing, and Mudwing. Pantala has 3 tribes. Leafwing, Silkwing, and Hivewing. We are hybrids of all tribes, and we have all abilities of the tribes. There are abilities such as fire, frostbreath, venom, etc."

"Cool!" We chorused.

Samantha grinned. "Yup! And for the Nightwings, some could even tell the future and/or read minds! And some Leafwings have this power called leafspeak, where dragons could talk and control plants! Although I don't have that power..."

I fidgeted with my clothes, and Faith glanced at me, her eyes suspicious.

Samantha smiled at Faith and Gem. "How about you guys?"

Faith patted Gem's back reassuringly. "I'll tell the story. Okay, so we are best friends, obviously. We were together as rogues for a very long time. Gem is a hybrid, half witch, half werewolf. We wanted to play around with Blood Lust pack, but we got caught when Gem smelt her mate. Gem's mate was Alpha Tyler, but he didn't want her. So in the end, we ran away." Gem looked down, trying not to cry while Faith hugged her.

I took a deep breath. Maybe, just maybe, my story was better than theirs. "So years before, in my pack, Shadow Pack, I was at school. It was my birthday, so I was going to find my mate. My mate was Alpha Calum. That time, I wasn't very popular, and I was humiliated and told that my mate didn't want me. So I ran away. I found the dragon border, and I found out," I took another deep breath. "That I was a dragon too."

I looked around, and saw their faces. Faith looked impressed, Gem looked shocked but curious, and Samantha looked excited. I think I should be worried.

I continued on. "I am a Leafwing, and I have leafspeak. I jumped back and forth, using leafspeak to help me survive. But weeks ago, I fought some rogues and stumbled back on Shadow Pack. I gave my mate another chance, but then I got a dream. I saw you guys, and I knew I had to leave, and here I am now. So what are we here for again?" I asked, looking at Samantha.

She sighed. "Okay, Moon, a dragon, duh, visited me in a dream. Before you ask, they have animus dragons, which are dragons who could enchant things. But if they use too much, they loose their soul and slowly become insane. There are three dreamvisitors, something that could help anyone dream visit someone. So Moon dreamvisited me and told me something bad is going to happen. She is a Nightwing who could see the future and read minds. So we are going to the dragon realm and helping!"

We exchanged worried glances while Samantha was clapping her hands, looking excited.

I turned towards Samantha. "So how are we going to do that?"
