Much to my displeasure, we were on a ship heading out to an unknown island. Those two boys must be incredibly stupid to repeat this again. After our mermaid/ siren travels, I was fine just sticking to land where I won't drown or be attacked by sea creatures. But, nooooooooooo! "We have to find the crystal or the obsidian stone can be used to create chaos." At least that's what Alec said. Well in my defense, we shouldn't have found it in the first place. If we didn't find it, then it wouldn't have been stolen. See! Problem solved! I just... Ugh! I feel so nauseous from the ocean. The waves were causing the boat to rock back and forth. I'm glad that I didn't see a cloud in the sky, but I still need a bucket.

"You alright over there?" Alec looked down at me.

"Never better." I murmured before vomiting into the bucket. The captain of the cargo ship came to tell Alec that we had entered. I'm not sure what he was talking about since all I saw was ocean. There literally wasn't an island in sight. Alec thanked him and then crouched down next to me.

"Here." He handed me some crackers. "Nibble on them." He stood up and left to find Pierce. On a side note, Alec had compelled the entire crew to take us to this undisclosed location. I was sitting on the bay and leaning against a barrel while eating my crackers.

"Hello. How are you doing?" A cute guy asked me. I smiled and told him I was experiencing sea sickness. "Well, hopefully you'll feel better soon." He paused for a moment to look around before reconnecting his eyes with mine. "Aren't you just a teeny bit anxious?"

"Anxious about what?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"That we have to enter into the Bermuda Triangle to reach the island." I didn't even respond to the boy. I immediately stood up and marched to Alec. He was engrossed in a conversation with the captain. I repeatedly tapped him on his back until he turned around.

"What?" He scowled.

"You're taking us through the Bermuda Triangle!" I shouted at him.

"Lower your voice, sister."

"I will not-" I was thrown into his arms. Alec easily caught me and steadied me before glancing behind me. Shit! I saw his eyes bulge, so that clearly wasn't a good sign. I haltingly turned around and nearly fainted at the sight before me. An enormous monster glared down at us. It had the head of a serpent, but the body of a squid. Please don't tell me this is a kraken like in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.

"HELL YES!" Pierce grinned from beside me. "Leviathan." He whispered. Okay, that guy must be on crack if he's grinning like a mad man at a monster that's most definitely gonna kill us.

"Well, don't just stand there! Fight!" Alec shouted at the crew. The crew moved at once from his commanding voice. The eyes of the demon glowed a fluorescent blue as it moved its tentacles to attack the cargo ship. Pierce and I jumped out of its way. The crew began firing bullets at it and even began harpooning it. The creature dove underground which caused the line on the tug to exceed its length. The boat harshly jerked and we fell to the ground as the monster dragged the boat across the sea. The boat came to an abrupt stop. I was wondering if the monster died, but the mechanism for the harpoon broke and was heading straight for my head. Pierce pulled me out the way and I saw the mechanism skirt my face by inches.

"Thanks." I whispered. He nodded and yanked me up. Tentacles emerged from the ocean and wrapped around the ship. Another tentacles arose from the water and slammed right down the middle of the ship. It broke it in two instantly. Pierce had to jump to get to the side Alec and I were on.

"We need to get off of this ship. Leviathan will undergo metamorphosis to build up a resistance to our attacks. There's no way to kill it. Though, thanks to it dragging the ship around, the island is not that far." Alec pointed to an island that was around a quarter mile away. "Let's get one-" Leviathan rose to the surface and started to chow down on the sailors. "Can you swim?" Alec didn't wait for my answer since he shoved me off the side of the ship. I crashed into the ocean and took a few seconds to emerge.
