Asahi and Yamaguchi were outside warming up for their practice game when it happened. It was warm out, and they wanted to take advantage of it. The others were in the gym stretching and running through their exercises, and Kiyoko and Yachi were filling up water bottles with Ennoshita's help.
"We're out of spare tape," Nishinoya yelled, "So I'm gonna run to the store to go and get some real quick!" "Be safe!" Suga shouted in response and continued his thorough warm up.
"Can I use the bathroom?" Tsukishima said in a bored voice. "And me too?" Asked Kageyama. "Sure," Sugawara sighed, "But Tanaka, go with them. I don't trust you two to not fight. Kinoshita, Narita, come with me, I need you two to help me carry all of the supplies we need for our practice game. And Daichi, can you and Hinata please set up the net?"
As everyone split up to complete their tasks, they heard an announcement on the loudspeaker.
"If there are any students still at the school, please, find shelter immediately. There is a threat to the school and we may be in- AARGH!!" The mic cut out, leaving an ominous silence in its wake.
Asahi and Yamaguchi quickly glanced at each other and booked it towards the club room.
Kiyoko grabbed Yachi by the hand and led Ennoshita to the girl's locker rooms attached to the outside of the school.
Sugawara held open the door as Narita and Kinoshita slipped into the teacher's lounge. He quietly shut the door behind him as he stepped in.
Daichi quickly pulled Hinata into the volleyball gym closet with him.
Kageyama, Tanaka, and Tsukishima each locked themselves in a separate bathroom stall.
Each prayed for their life.
And the apocalypse began.
