Sorry about the long break but I'm back! I had to take a break because of a few  unforeseen circumstances and I wasn't feeling my best. But I'm back now and I hope you guys are doing fine. I love you all ♥️

"Sei chan!" Bokuto followed her the next day "SEI CHAN!"

"Hmm?" She was pissed at Kiara and partly at him because Bokuto didn't follow up later.

"Talk to me, please"

"What is it?" A small pout formed on her face.

"Argh! Don't make me kiss you in school" he complained and she looked away.

"Are you... mad at me???" He blocked her view with his face and cautiously observed her.

*silence*

"HAWWW!!" His eyes went wide. He was elated to see a new expression on her face. "SEII CHAAAN!! Why's your face so pink?"

"I'm... I'm going to class!" She scurried back into class.

"Ah, she's so pretty!" He sighed but was startled when Akaashi snuck up on him "Bokuto san, I hope you've studied for exams"

"AKAAASHIIIII DON'T GIVE ME A HEART ATTACK!"

Bokuto was fascinated by how she looked when she was fusing. He thought she was cute that way but he wouldn't want to face her wrath if it unleashed. "You know I didn't invite her" he pinned her down, his arms pressing against softness of his couch. "Are you mad at me, princess?" He cooed before placing tender kisses down her neck and she bit back her moan, her hands slowly wandered up his clothed torso.

"We should stop" he pulled back and took deep breaths and she knew something was wrong. That wasn't the first time he stopped himself. "We shouldn't"

She knew he'd never held back for his other exes and that somehow worsened her confidence.

All throughout exams Seikan, Bokuto and Akaashi studied together.

"Ah!! It's finally winter break!!!!" Bokuto chirped on their way out. "Sei chan, you don't seem to like the cold" he eyed her not so happy face.

"I don't" she said.

"Why?"

"Too cold" she mumbled.

"I can keep you warm" he held her hand. Almost.

"BOKKUN??!" Kiara interjected and got between the two. Seikan inaudibly scoffed.

"Kiara?"

"Say, what plans do you have?? I've always wanted to take you to my step dad's place. We could go skiing there!" She said. "Akaashi and Aniya are invited too!!"

Seikan slowed down a little. She saw Kiara holding Bokuto's hand and Akaashi engaging in a nice conversation like they all used to. Like they did before she waltzed into their lives. Suddenly, she didn't fit in there anymore.

"They really seem nicer without me around" she blinked at their fading figure but her feet wouldn't move. Like it was fastened to the cold concrete.

She didn't feel so nice but she couldn't understand why. There was a new cold feeling in her stomach but not the usual one. This one made her shiver. "I guess we don't say I love you for the sake of it" and she felt that. She took a deep breath and turned around, heading back home.
