While everyone was out, I was sat in my room as usual, but this time I sat on my bed flicking through the leather-bound book, fiddling with the crystal as the black kitten to ponder about my room. I found an interesting spell and scooped up my cat, gently setting him onto the bed. I made a ps-ps-ps sound and he looked right at me, his eyes met mine and it was kind of scary that he did. I took a deep breath and set a gentle hand atop his head and spoke out the spell curiously.
"Bast of beauty and grace, Protectess of the feline race, shield Hallow from all hurt and harm, and keep him always safe and warm." He looked down to the bed and nuzzled his head into my hand, a small whirlwind surrounding him. "Watch over Hallow from day to day, and guide him home if he should stray, and grant him much happiness, and a good life free from strife and stress." The little whirlwind grew before slowly fading, leaving a little arrow to shine above his head before that faded too. I decided on naming him Hallow because he seemed like a Halloween kind of cat. He chirped and I giggled, gently stroking the top of his head.
Someone pushed open my door and I immediately swept the book of my bed and onto the floor beside it, out of sight from the door. I turned my head and saw Stiles, yet again, at my door.
"Hey, everything okay?" I nodded, glancing to Hallow, who just stared at the boy at the door. "When'd you get a cat?"
"Deaton gave him to me a couple days ago." He climbed onto my lap as I spoke about him, curling up and purring rather loudly. "His name's Hallow, and he's rather sweet." Stiles smiled as I glanced down at the cat ever so fondly.
"Why did you get a cat?" I shrugged.
"Just a little lonely lately. You've all been busy..." The boy at my door nodded again before gently shutting the door, clearly forgetting the reason he'd come in the first place. Hallow sent me a look and I shrugged, lifting the book off my floor and heading over to lock my door. I sat back on my bed and spent the rest of the day going through this spell book.

I took the string around the crystal and cut it, grabbing a thicker black string and tying it through the top of the pendant to create a nicer necklace and hung it loosely around my neck. Hallow chirped and patted it with his paw playfully, making me smile and ruffle his fur on top of his head. He nuzzled into my hand.

"Okay then..." I looked down at Hallow as he nudged against my leg. "Do I need anything?" He nodded and rubbed against me again. I went back to talking to myself. "Is there a page for that..?" I flicked through the book. "...or...?" Just as I spoke, I found the page. "Things you will need. Jars, candles, clear quartz, Rosemary, sage, a notebook or journal, salt, and sachets." I looked at Hallow as he sat the other side of my book and just stared at me with a tilted head, his tail gently swaying. I continued to flick through, finding an interesting spell. Leaning on my hand, I read it. "Goddess Bastet of protection, cats and more, grant the wish I seek, for my familiar to speak." Hallow stared at me as I stared at him, before he meowed and I groaned. "Goddess Bastet of protection, cats and more, grant the with I seek, for my familiar to speak." He just meowed again and I sighed, ruffling his fur again. I found another spell and recited it to clear my mind. "Worries be gone, I need you no more, worries be gone, out of the door," the wind in the room began to appear again, circling us. "Stresses and strains, worries and strife, leave now, depart, be gone from my life." I suddenly felt relaxed and the wind disappeared, allowing me to focus a lot more as I spoke again. "Goddess Bastet of protection, cats and more, grant the wish I seek, for my familiar to speak." Hallow made a funny meow sound and I opened my eyes to look at him curiously, now hearing him cough as though he was a human. I stared at him in surprise and awe. This spell, turned my cat, into a human. What the fuck. He returned my stare with piercing blue eyes.

"Hallow?" He nodded and continued to stare at me in surprise before shifting his eyes to look over himself

"Hallow?" He nodded and continued to stare at me in surprise before shifting his eyes to look over himself. I suddenly realised he was naked and shot out of my room, telling him I'd be right back. I slammed the door open to Stiles' room to see him sat on his bed with Malia, studying for maths, I think. I went over to his closet without saying anything and grabbed a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, also grabbing a pair of boxers and socks.
"What are you doing?" Malia asked and I froze, not being able to think of an answer.
"Oh, Uhm, nothing, just borrowing some things!" I smiled awkwardly and running back off to my room and tossing the clothes at Hallow. "Put these on." He looked down at them and I just stared at him.
"I, I don't, um..."
I sighed and shook my head, grabbing the boxers and holding them out to him.
"Put a leg through each of these," I pointed to the leg holes. "And settle this," I pointed to the waistband. "Here." I tapped my hips and handed them to him. Hallow slipped them on with ease and I smiled, glad he was finally covered up. "Then these, on each foot." I handed him the socks and he did the same with them. "Do the same with these as you did with those." I pointed to the jeans then the boxers. He nodded and stood up, having to use me to balance for a minute before slipping on the jeans. He looked at me to see if he was right and I nodded with a smile, handing him the shirt without saying anything. And he figured it out very quickly and easily slipped the shirt on, I smiled, handing him a pair of shoes, which he slipped on easily and surprisingly did up the laces. I gently took his hands and took a step back, pulling him with me so he could take a step, he did with ease. "Right, we need to go to Deaton, okay?" He nodded and I grabbed my book and slipped it into my bag before grabbing my keys. Hallow followed after me as I left my room and hurried through the corridor. His hands were stuffed into the pockets of his jeans and he glanced through Stiles's door as we passed it.
"Who were they?" I heard a deep voice ask, whipping around and noticing that the attractive sound came from my human cat.
"Oh, uh, Stiles and Malia. You can meet them later." He nodded and we left the house, slipping into the car and heading to Deaton.
