A/N: We're back!

Things weren't going well for Masaru and Mitsuki bakugou they had recieved bills for the damages that their stupid son caused. The heftiest bill was for the musical instruments/equipment which were extremely damaged and the cost to replace everything ranged in the thousands in U.S dollars not to mention they had to cover the damages to school property and pay families who decided to go with a cash settlement instead of going to court.

"Mitsuki I'm sorry maybe if I was more strict with Katsuki we wouldn't be in this mess." Mitsuki only replied with a heavy sigh"Maybe if I was kinder and less short tempered he would have turned out better"  the two parents now continued to crunch numbers and figure out how much of their personal items they'd have to sell in order to pay off the bill's. After crunching numbers the only way to get enough money to cover the cost of everything was to sell their home  and one of their two cars.

Mitsuki had tears she was about to lose everything thanks to the stupid actions of her son. "We can rent an apartment until we get back up on our feet." Masaru said trying to comfort his wife during the difficult time they are about to endure

Back to the Midoriya's

I'M A GRANDPA! Hisashi proclaimed loudly causing both Izuku and Inko to become conscious again. "Huh what happened?" Both mother and son said until Eri answered "Daddy you and your mommy took a nap" “I did?” Izuku pondered the events that lead up to the final moments of his memory to remember him passing out at being called daddy by the little girl. He nearly fell again if he hadn’t caught himself in time. “You going to be alright son?” Hisashi asked, having genuine concern for Izuku. “Y-yeah. It’s just...reality hit like a stack of bricks.” Everyone laughed before Ochako shut the oven off to place the food on a holder in the center of the table.

“Alright everyone, hope you all aren’t against curry.” “What’s curry?” Eri asked, looking at the pot of food and rice beside it. ‘Just what the hell did that Overhaul bastard give her when she was eating to not know what curry is?’ “It’s a special dish that you eat with rice Eri. We put meat, some veggies, and some spices in it. But I did dial the amount back just so you don’t have problems eating it.” Ochako made a plate for Eri with everyone grabbing a bit for themselves. Eri was so curious to eat it that she was about to stick her hand in it. Luckily, Nejire stopped her. “We need to be polite to everyone and everything that made this Eri.” She put her hands together for the little girl to imitate before everyone recited a similar line. “Itadakimasu.” “Ita..daku...masa?” “Close sweetie. Try repeating after me. I-ta-da-ki.” “Itadaki.” “Ma-su.” “Masu. Itadakimasu.” Everyone smiled at this with Izuku patting Eri’s head as praise for her job well done.

When they dug into the food, the trio made sure Eri blew on her food first to make sure she wouldn’t burn herself and watch her eyes fill with water. “Is everything ok Eri? Is it too spicy? Was it too hot?” Nejire went down the line of questions as the little girl showed a face of joy for eating it. “Ish swo gwood!” ‘SOOOO PUUUUURRREEEE!!’ Everyone felt absolute bliss seeing Eri happy to enjoy her first taste of curry. She immediately went for a second bite to continue eating as quickly as she could. When she finished, the little girl tapped her spoon on the plate to realize it was all gone for a frown to show up on her. “Would you like seconds Eri?” Izuku asked her, making the little girl scared a bit thinking she was being greedy. “Uh…” “It’s ok to say yes. I made plenty for everyone.” Eri held her head down while nodding. “Ok.” Izuku placed a second helping on Eri’s plate to have it be put right in front of her. She looked at the food with everyone continuing to eat. For the first time, she wasn’t scolded for wanting more, wasn’t told to accept it and move on, wasn’t harmed in any way for her action. Instead, she was offered a second helping with a smile.

When everyone finished up, Izuku and Hisashi did the dishes while the girls sat on the couch watching some cartoons for Eri who never saw any before. Inko found it hard to believe when she heard about Eri’s situation, but she quickly realized just how secluded the young girl beside her and the girls truly was tonight by her actions. Unlike everyone else, she was treated no different than a science experiment with the taste of humanity finally reaching her after Izuku’s rescue of her. She started to smile seeing Eri calmly sitting between both Nejire and Ochako holding their arms while enjoying her little moment as a normal kid that she should’ve been.

Inko then remembered UA invited parents for the Cultural festival the next day "So Izuku what did your class do for the festival your father and I are looking forward to seeing you." The three teens and Eri seemed upset that this was brought up "Sorry to disappoint you guys but the festival got shut down thanks to a villian who got into the school." Before Izuku's parents could freak out Ochako then explained "It's also because of Katsuki bakugou and Camie Utsushimi that the festival got canceled. They got In Izuku's way trying to prove that they were better than him but all it did was cause the destruction of the festival and a criminal to escape." Both of Midoriya's parents were sad that this happened but then wondered what happened afterwards. "I had to arrest Katsuki for multiple charges and I believe that his family is going to be in debt because of him." “That’s horrible. I hope Mitsuki and Massaru are alright. They’re such nice people.” Hisashi mentioned this as Nejire let a comment out under her breath. “To bad their son is an asshole.”

Izuku and Hisashi finished the dishes to sit down on the couch next to everybody. “So what’s gonna happen to them?” Hisashi asked his son and his girlfriends rather curious about the two. “Best case, parol. Worst case, up to 30 years in prison from what I’m aware. Not to mention the fees that need to be paid.” Nejire explained to the best of her knowledge about what would most likely be the case regarding both Camie and Bakugou. “Either way, I don’t see UA keeping Bakugou because of his past behavior and criminal record now. They’ll most likely cut him loose to save face.” “You can probably throw Utsushimi in that too Nejire. I hear Shinketsu is even more strict with their rules where she’s looking at expulsion right off the bat.” “*sigh* It seems like yesterday you and Katsuki were playing nicely in the town park. Where did all this go wrong?” Inko held her head down before Izuku got a brainstorm to at least help them a little. He took out his phone to make a message in the group chat. He asked everyone if they could at least try and help pitch in what they could to replace Jirou’s instruments. Many comments ranged from ‘Why not have Bakugou pay it all’ and ‘The ones who broke them should pay for them’. Izuku explained in the group chat that the issue will fall on Bakugou’s parents who will be paying for more than enough already. He wasn’t asking for much, but he was at least trying to make things right for the two that tried to be nice to him growing up and looked at him as a kind boy instead of a worthless waste of space as most. Most understood this to give what they could.

“You really are too kind Izuku.” Ochako pointed this out reading his messages on her phone. “I’m not doing this for the jerk. I’m doing it for his parents who didn’t deserve this. Even though they didn’t do much to stop Katsuki’s bullying, they tried to be good people to me. If it was only Katsuki getting the bill, I’d do nothing. But his parents didn’t go crashing into Jirou’s instruments, destroying them along with making a path of absolute chaos in their wake. It’s not a lot, but they don’t deserve paying for their son’s mistakes.” Nejire and Ochako hugged Izuku with Eri joining in. “That’s why you’re better than Bakugou.” “Even though you can just sit back and do nothing, you at least want to try and do what you can for somebody who doesn’t deserve what’s coming to them.” Both Inko and Hisashi smiled at the little scene thinking the four looked like a real family. ‘Izuku, when did you grow up like this?’ Hisashi began crying seeing the maturity and kindness of his son for others.
