Chapter 52

When the little family had left the Midoriya family home Eri was riding on Izuku's shoulders. "Daddy when can we visit Grandma and Grandpa again?" Izuku,Ochako and Nejire were happy that Eri had enjoyed meeting Izuku's family but were sad that her wish may not be granted. "We'll try and visit every once and a while is that okay?" Eri threw her little hands in the air with excitement shouting "Yay!" Izuku saw her smile and knew deep down he'd do everything to protect it. 

When they had finally arrived at UA Nezu was there to greet the small group and notice Eri was smiling. "Welcome back. I hope your family visit was enjoyable." Nezu said before he could ask Eri how it was for her she said "I got to meet grandma and Grandpa, we ate delicious food, I took a bath with my mommies and watched cartoons." “Sounds like you enjoyed yourself Eri. Now, there is something I’d like to discuss with the four of you. Shall we head to my office?” Everyone nodded as the small rodent led them into the school and into his office. Once there, everyone was sitting calmly with Eri sitting on Izuku’s lap. “Now you all are certain that Eri has no parent or legal guardian able to take her in, correct?” The three nodded a little saddened with what’s going to happen. “Now technically, she is healthy enough to leave the hospital. Once she does, she’d be put into foster care for the time being until a legal guardian can be determined.”

Eri froze hearing this knowing she might be taken from the people she calls her parents. “Is there anything we can do to avoid that?” “Nejire’s right. That’ll make things worse for Eri.” The girls began arguing this with the small rodent holding his paw up. “I am in agreement with you all. The level of power and lack of control of Miss Eri’s quirk along with the level of trauma she must’ve endured will only make matters worse. In retrospect, keeping her on campus here with someone such as Eraserhead nearby along with people she is familiar with that she knows will protect her is most likely going to have the most positive effects on her mental recovery and physical control of her quirk.” “What are you asking sir?” Izuku questioned this as Nezu got to the point he was attempting to make.

“Eri needs a guardian in order to remain somewhere as stated by child services. So as the people she’s imprinted on, would you three be willing to adopt Eri. If you do, Eri will remain in Mr. Midoriya’s dorm where you two will be able to interact with her and hopefully make headway with what she is handling right now. If not, then child services will get involved.” Izuku thought of the options. Logically, neither him nor the girls could support a child yet. Then again, abandoning her like this would be no different than what Eri’s mother had done to place her in the hands of a psychopath that wanted nothing but to use her for his own goal. “Ochako. Nejire. What do you two think?” Both thought about it before Nejire spoke first. “I don’t think raising Eri ourselves would be too difficult.” “Yeah. Besides, Eri thinks of us as her parents anyway.” Izuku heard his girlfriends content with this before nodding. “I guess we can give it a try if anything.” Nezu then pulled out the adoption form and had all three sign it. Once done, he put the form to the side and looked at them all with a smile.

“I hope you have the best life you can with your new family Eri Midoriya.” This comment put a smile on Eri’s face knowing she now has Izuku’s last name. “I had a few things prepared for her with them being placed in your room. I had made certain of the necessities being bought such as a bed, some sheets and covers, along with a dresser.” Nezu states this to Izuku while pulling out a small envelope. “Since you all most likely do not have the financial balance right off the bat to raise a child, this should help with that to help you three avoid dropping into too much debt off the bat.” He passed it to Ochako who had opened it to see quite a large amount of money in the envelope. “That is for clothing and food to help you get stable. Use it wisely.” The four got up to bow to Nezu and thank him before leaving.

Once outside, the four made their way to the dorms to explain the situation now to their classmates along with dropping off their things to head out and get Eri what's needed for her.

With Katsuki 

After allowing AFO to possess his being he began to plot his escape by starting a riot then those who aid in his escape will be allowed to join him. He saw Camie at the fence that separated the men and women he then told her of what transpired the night before which made her grin like a psychopath. Although Camie was about to be bailed out of Jail she would follow her Bakubabe’s plan. The two spent some time pulling a bunch of juveniles that wanted out for certain reasons offering them a reward when they’re out on the other side. The thought of freedom alone was enough to get them to say yes. Once enough were in the group, the first stage of the plan started.

“Oi! What the fuck did you call me bat head!?” Bakugou fake argued with a guy that had a bat quirk in the middle of the courtyard for him to argue back. “I’m saying you can’t beat me you dumb blond!” “Oh you wanna go!?” “Bring it!” Bakugou and the guy began fighting with some guards coming to pull them off. When they had their attention, the rest of the guys following Bakugou jumped them and stole the quirk canceling keys to have all their quirks work again. Camie had done the same on her side meeting up with the guys at the exit. The alarms were going off and several armed guards were at the door waiting for them. “We have you surrounded! Don’t move!” Bakugou walked up and smiled at the guards showing a pair of glowing red eyes. “You’re up. All For One.” A dark menacing aura began wrapping around him. “So you all believe you could stop me? Adorable.” Bakugou’s voice went deep before holding his hand out. In less than an instant, the guards that had kept them from escaping were blown away and knocked out along with the exit being nonexistent. “I believe that is more than enough to have you escape. I shall give you a location that you and your group should be safe for now. But there will be more you must collect. One in particular in the forest where I shall assist.”

All For One’s presence went back into Bakugou as he had a mental thought of where to go next. “Let’s go. We’ve got a new base to set up and a monster to draft.” The group followed with Camie and Bakugou smirking that they’ll get the payback they deserved on Izuku, Nejire, and Ochako for putting them where they are right now. Izuku did not realize it, but a war would soon wreak havoc.
