CHAPTER 4

FALINI

Kinabukasan, maaga akong gumising at  excited akong bumangon. After doing my morning rituals. I did some stretchings and fifty squats to condition my body before I decided to go down stairs and cook for my housemates.

I cooked chicken adobo for them. I always cook filipino foods here. Bukod sa nag ccrave sila eh namimiss daw kase nila ang mga pagkain sa pilipinas kaya naman ganito lagi ang niluluto ko.

They love it anyway that's why i always cook for them. Ang sarap din kasi nilang panoorin habang kumakain. Kaya inspired din ako lutuan sila eh. Worth it yung reactions nila. Nakaka overwhelmed.

"Hmm.. anak! Sira na diet ko ng dahil sa mga luto mo!" Napalingon ako kay tita Fely na nasa island counter pinapanood ako magluto. I chuckled with what my tita said.

"Si Cara lagi narin gumigising ng maaga para sa mga luto mo, the best ka talaga nak!" Sabi ni tita nasobra ang ngiti. Sakto namang pasok ni Cara sa kusina at tumabi sa ina.

I beamed at them. "Sus! Nako tita kahit hindi nyo po ako bolahin! Lulutuan ko parin kayo no!" Biro ko.

"Is that adobo ate?" Cara asked. "I heard thats masarap! i cant wait, i want to eat na." she said while rubbing her tummy.
Napangiti naman ako at umiling, Conyo.

I turned off the stove, "Upo na kayo tita mag hahain na ako." sambit ko sakanila.

Tuwang tuwa naman silang nagpakad papunta sa dining table. They're like this everytime na lulutuan ko sila. Natatawa nalang ako.

"Breakfast is ready!" Sabi ko sabay lapag ng bowl na may chicken adobo at inilapag ang bowl na para sa kanin naman. "There! Eatwell everyone!"

I cant be more satisfied while looking at them enjoy the food. Tuwang tuwa sila sa luto ko. Napapapikit pa sila and will giggle while munching the food. I ate with them. I also conversed and joked with them. Before i dicided to went upstairs to take a bath.

I wore my usual outfit but this time i wore white snickers before heading to the hotel. As usual ganon parin ang reaction ng mga tao pagkapasok ko palang. I don't know pero sanay naman na ako kaya i just smiled at them.

I went straight to our locker to change.
Comfy na ang uniform ko dahil nilabhan ko na ito kagabi bago ako matulog.

Pagkalabas ko ay derecho ako sa kitchen, I swiped my attendance card near the door of the kitchen, it is to see who's present sa trabaho.

Ang galing nga eh! Isang swipe nalang ang gagawin mo then derecho ka na agad sa kitchen. I like it. Nakakasave ng oras.

"Good day Chefs!" I greeted them all smiles. Some of the male chefs stopped and stared at me with lips parted. While the female girls greeted me back.

"Good morning Chef Davids!" I greeted the executive chef, he just nodded and continued checking something I don't know.
Sungit talaga hmp! Damot sa ngiti!

I just shrugged it off at nag umpisa narin akong kumilos at gumawa ng mga orders na appropriate sa station kung nasan ako. I love cooking! Nag eenjoy ako sa ginagawa ko, kaya naman habang nag luluto ay naka ngiti ako.

"Trabaho means sweldo and sweldo means family! So keri mo to Falini, lets get it!" I whispered, motivating my self.

Okay nako sa lahat ng co-chefs ko. They are really good to me. The girls are really fun to be with! Ang dami nilang kwento at parang hindi nauubusan ng energy. I like it though. Nakakawala din ng pagod.

Yung mga male chefs i can sense some of them hitting on me. Some of them would lend me flowers, chocolates or sometimes stuffs like shirts. Pero I settled being casual to them. I also told them to stop kasi iba ang priority ko ngayon hindi boyfriend.
