Shawn's POV
I was in the studio listening to a track. I was sitting in the chair. I heard the door open and it was Kanye. I stood up and dapped him.
"I see you still playing it." He said laughing.
"Oh yeah." I said.
The beat Kanye sent to me was crazy. This nigga really a genius.
"So, who you got to sing on it?" He asked.
Just when I was about to speak Ty Ty came in with Chanel.
"Daddy!" She yelled.
I got up and took her from Ty Ty.
I kissed her cheeks.
"Midget, you missed me?" I asked kissing her and she laughed.
"Yes." She said laughing.
"Midget, this is Kanye." I said as I sat her down.
"Hi 'Ye." She said.
We laughed.
"Kanye." I repeated.
"Nah, it's cool." Kanye said. "She can call me 'Ye."
I shrugged and sat down and Chanel came to sit in my lap.
"Oh yeah, but who you get to sing on it?" He asked.
"My girlfriend." I said.
"Who that?" He asked.
Ty Ty busted out laughing and I looked at him and smirked. I guess Kanye really didn't know. Bey and I don't keep our personal relationship out there like that. We keep it nice and private.
"Chanel, what's mommy's name?" I asked.
"Beyoncé." She said slowly.
Kanye just looked at me.
"That's real? I thought that was a rumor?" He said laughing.
"What's a rumor?" I heard and Bey came into the room.
"Kanye didn't know we was together." I said. "Oh my bad. Kanye, Beyoncé. Beyoncé, Kanye."
They shook hands and Kanye just shook his head.
"No disrespect but I just thought it was a rumor cause I wouldn't have thought that nigga could pull someone as beautiful as you." He said.
"Watch it Kanye." I said.
After we stopped talking and got down to business we let Bey go in and do her part. She knocked it out quick. I was standing with Chanel in my arms while Bey did her part.
"Mommy did good." She said.
"Yeah, she did." I said.
Bey came out and we listened to it.
"Nice." Kanye said. "I just know this is gonna go crazy. Is this a single?"
"Probably." I said.
"When y'all do the video they not gonna think y'all a rumor no more." He said.
Bey and I looked at each other as I sat Chanel down.
"You liked the part or you want me to do it again?" She asked.
"No, that was great." I said smiling. "Wait till I lay my part."
"Alright, we're gonna get some food you want some?" She asked.
