ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

REMEMBER ME?

Robyn as been working for Mr. Johnson for two weeks now and can't help herself to think that finally things seem to be going her way. She dare herself to put a smile on her face everyday she got up push away the past, moving on to happier and better future, it was something her therapist challenged her to do.

Reaching her floor heading for her office everyone was running around like crazy because it was Friday and the boss was driving everybody crazy. His wife party is tonight and of course he wants to make sure nothing went wrong, perfection was the only thing accepted. Even though her fellow workers are running around like chickens with their heads cut off Robyn on the other hand was going to follow her normal routine it wasn't like she was going to the party.

Entering her boss Mr. Johnson's office to bring him his normal coffee and muffin, she quietly places it on his desk, seeing that he was on business call she tries to tip toe herself out but he stops her from leaving signaling her to take a seat.

Finishing his call he was about to invite Robyn to his wife birthday party he was throwing, "Ms. Campbell as you know my wife surprise party is tonight and I would truly appreciate if you were able to attend."

Robyn couldn't believe it nor did she understand why she was being invited it seems more on a personal level but then again there are other employees that were attending. But she still didn't know if it would be a good idea especially on such a short notice, what would she wear.

Peter sees her struggling a little with her answer, "Your new here you don't have to attend it's not mandatory but I can say going to the party can help you meet new people have a little fun."

"Okay, Mr. Johnson I would love to come."

"Good, seeing that I did throw this at you at the last minute you can leave an hour early and your party planning friends should have all the information you need."

"Okay, thank you Sir."

After Robyn leaves his office he places a big smile on his face he was hoping that she would come and meet his son, he just had this feeling the two of them would be perfect together. After hearing all he had to say about Robyn his wife Caroline thought the same, but since their son barred them from every setting him up again they had to become a little creative.

His parents just hate how it seems like their son has completely given up on having a family of his own. With Robyn now agreeing to attend the party all was set to go.

"Tiffany! I don't know how much clearer I could be, but you popping up at my place almost every night for the pass two weeks has to stop. We will never become want you think we are."

Of course Tiffany felt differently and didn't understand why he would just give them a chance, "But come baby we're so good together. We satisfy each other in the bed and I know for a fact I would look good on your arm at any public events, your parents would love me."

"Tiffany I told you before we even became sexually involved that I wasn't looking to get attached, and also to top it off your blocking my way making me late for my flight."

"Fine! Then we could just talk when you get back right?"

"Ya whatever."

Pulling him into a kiss, she wanted to give him something to help him remember her and what will be waiting for him when he comes home.

He on the other hand was thinking she was coming off clingy, way to needy and desperate which happens to be a big turn off for him. He would let her think what ever she wanted as long as she would move the fuck out the way. He did lie a little to get her to move, he couldn't be late for his flight because his family owns a private jet but still he had a timeline and didn't want to be late for his mother's birthday party.
