Chapter 33

Death reappeared in front of Hadrian.
Death: "Hello again little master"
Hadrian with raised eyebrow: "hello death. Why I am having feeling that you did something big?"
Death: "well I finished Dark Lord in your form in final war"
Hadrian with wide eyes: "why in my form?"
Death:" Because I can't go in my true form, I have to take human form if I enter in Mortal's business. Moreover I want my master to be their savior and Hero"
Hadrian frown: "Not you as well, I am tired of this boy-who-lived and savior stuff"
Death chuckled: "Only you master; only you never liked fame or titles. Anyway I believe you have some questions for me"
Hadrian: "How come you did all this in such small amount of time?"
Death: "Time in death Realm is different from time on earth."
Hadrian: "Who died in war?"
Dark Lord: "You never stops amaze me master, after having all those darkness and seeing all deaths in 3 life you still care about mortals"
Hadrian: "Well my darkness never stopped me from caring about that before, did it?"
Death: "No it didn't. To answer your question: Many death eaters died in battle though none of them matters to you apart from fenrir and Resme whom I killed as my part of revenge from your second life. None of Hogwarts teacher or student died in whatever different group they belonged except Cedric Diggory and Fred Weasley thanks to army you prepared. Fred Weasley because he wanted to participate with order along with his brother. Cedric jumped to save your chosen."
Hadrian with sad eyes: "You could have saved Cedric at least"
Death: "And I did. I placed his body at place with different memory, where a Vampire will convert him, which will give him different starting. I reward him to be hero in his story for the task he completed on your command"
Hadrian remember something from his second life with wide eyes: "Edward cullen" 
Death nodded.
Hadrian: "What about other Weasley, Sirius and order?"
Death:"Other Weasleys', Lupin and Sirius Black survived. Rest of order didn't" 
Hadrian nodded in understanding then something hit him: "You just interfered in mortal matters, then why you never interfered in my past lives"
Death: "I did help you in all your births if that's what you wonder. You are heir Potter by birth and Heir Black through your god father, also potters are descendant of Gryffindor and Peverell. You are heir of Slytherin by conquest. But how you become heir to ravenclaw, Emery and Hufflepuff? It's because they blood adopted you in one of your life and I made sure the same blood runs through your veins in each life. With your magical core you also received their blessings as well. Yes you are blessed by mother magic but training and guidance is necessary to control powers or master skills. In your first life, I can't interfere until you claim me by being master of 3 hollows. After you got elder wand, I got chance to interfere but at that time you are already on your or should I say Albus's chosen path. When you become auror, I send Godric to train you. He joined you time to time as different persons to teach you. That's why you learn most spells and became the best dueler. You even knew spells that were forgotten from ages and also achieved wandless wordless spell caste abilities. Dumbledore never gave you proper training to achieve that. In your second life, I can't let you suffer abused childhood which make you to be puppet manipulated by Headmaster so I send Longbottom couple to help you. They were Helena and Merlin who trained you to be passionate about life, how nature itself gives you energy and value of justice, their influence led you in Hufflepuff house. Merlin also taught you blood magic. They blood adopted you when they found you are truly worthy to carry their legacy. Thanks to their guidance you didn't lose your humanity when you transform. Your strong will power and their training made you able to master shadow magic. In your third life, black couple was Salazar and Rowena. Rowena taught you power of knowledge and when she figured you being space elemental she trained you in it, Salazar taught you parcel magic. When they saw, you did accidental blood magic without a problem; they tasted your blood finding you are blood related to Merlin and heir to most ancient houses, also Salazar by conquest. Rowena blood adopted you to complete list. They both trained you in blood magic which helped you become blood maze at young age. Salazar made you act like pureblood, laws and bit superior complexity. Rowena basically made you book warm which lead you in Ravenclaw house. Your mind worked as her but your attitude was more like Salazar. Thanks to Salazar you were cunning and manipulative politician who become leader. They all were sent by me to train you and help you to achieve your wish. All paths were chosen by you only; I just sent help time to time for you, hence I never directly interfered in mortal matters. I am not allowed to talk with you directly unless you come to my realm or you became my true heir. "
Hadrian with accusing glare: "So you send Lucifer this time"
It was more of statement than question.
Death sighed: "No master I did not, I never wanted you to be manipulated by anyone. I have seen what you have gone through in first life. In this life, I was supposed to be with you from age of 4. Once you turn four, I can make you remember everything as that's age when you can handle all truth and accept it. If you don't accept or fear me it would have destroyed your mind. You were supposed to be taking place in world as True master of death or my heir in this birth and when you wish to die, you will take my place as death itself freeing me from my duties. But my sister fate decided to interfere this time. She wanted to see why you are worthy to be my master or blessed by mother magic. She knew she can't do much ones I reach to you so she changed fate a bit by making you keeper of realm, that gave you status like entity itself. Also let one of her kid caste prophecy about you which made you target for Lucifer.  Lucifer must had felt power of core when he sees you, so he started making favorable condition in which you accept mark of Cain. You accepted it at age of 3 and that stopped me from reaching to you (and to claim you as his heir). The mind link between us was destroyed due to mark of cain and can be activated again only after you get all my hollows. On night before Halloween this year when you achieved elder wand from Dumbledore, the link finally activate. But you were already on mission. There was no point of my interference, so I just waited until you reach my realm. To help you in this birth I changed Hermione's parentage. If she was what she used to be she would have never willingly killed anyone and be your own as past lives. Anyways, on the bright side, in this timeline you got demon magic, power over all demons and mastery over muggle weapons usage. Summon, Destroy,banish demons, play with fears of person are part of demonology that you mastered. This branch of magic is so extreme that unforgivable curses is child's play in front of it, yet you achieved it. You also got new titles of 'Keeper of Realm' and 'favored by fate'. You are space elemental who can create, lock or unlock all Realms, how enormous possibilities that can lead to. You see when Fate saw how in all this darkness you still have kind heart when you saved Ginerva and paid for her health as apology. Also, you turned young dark Lord into Light and happy boy. At that point you passed her test and she changed your path. She got Sirius black released to make you aware of truth. After learning truth the path you chose made her realize why Death and Mother magic likes you this much. So she also gave her blessings to you, so you are also favored by fate now. Because of me, you get knowledge and guidance from best of the best (founders, merlin, beings, Dark creatures and many more). Because of Fate, you learned from worst of worst and became Keeper of Realm. Your persistence, kind heart and blessings from mother magic made you almost master in everything that you learned. "
Hadrian thought for a moment then asked: "Why I didn't receive all my powers like blood magic or my elemental power in this life?"
Death: "You received all your powers, but I blocked most of your knowledge as under influence of Lucifer you might be very destructive if you have all of it. Also to make him believe  you are just boy who is gifted powerful core and sharp memory that can learn things fast to be keeper, so he focused only on his primary goal how to set himself free. If he knew what you are or what you can do, then he would have changed his goals and destroyed many things by your hand. Instead of waiting this long, he would have just possessed you and killed your soul from inside."
Hadrian sighed: "So I have to go from beginning again, since I have mark. I cannot return to my body after having all this knowledge to let Lucifer possess me"
Death: "No master you can't. But Lucifer is not immortal as you believe. He can be killed in right way and at right time which will be soon. He can be destroyed if he gets captured in some human body. I will make one of your horsemen to perform ritual that will destroy him and let you get your body back. It will also make you king of darkness since you are heir and it's your rightful place. No demon can posses you or have more powers  than your own demonic powers as you claim your thrown. Moreover you can always use some extra army apart from your own army."
Hadrian can swear he see smirk on skeleton mouth.
Hadrian: "Horseman?"
