For next few months, Hadrian travelled around world and kept good watch over people and events he knew. He made Lucius malfoy minister of Magical reforms using his own influence and his people's influence. Lucius was already in high position and Malfoy money made things very easy to be leader of leaderless community. As Hadrian ones told Lucius : 'me, your Dark Lord or Dumbledore : All 3 of us are half blood still we ruled your world, time has changed inbreeding won't help. New blood is required to keep magic strong.' Also he sent some proof to Rita to print article about blood status which helped to reduce strong Pure blood bigots. Lucius himself became Grey instead of Dark due to all points Hadrian explained in their meetings. Hadrian also set up ground work for all his consorts in all magical communities through one way or other. He  found some good candidates to be part of male Harem. He gave 22 magical , 4 devils, 3 creatures, 7 muggles and 5 mutants mark of Possession through penetrating them. Out of this 41 males, three prominent name is Archangel; Vulcan (Gabriel Summers) and Havok (Alexander Summers) [brothers of Cyclops (Scott Summers)]. He gave mark of soul to Cyclops instead of  claiming him, as he knew future will require powerful offspring of Cyclops and Cyclops is too involved with phoenix Jean at that moment. All 41 claimed males took mark willingly or under influence of Hadrian sexual powers which work like Aphrodite love drug. He also maintain healthy sexual relation with consorts as well. Hadrian knew power level and importance of his lovers if there will be any war with outer space enemy. He need powerful army for Atlantis as well apart from all alliance and earth powers, so if someone turns their eye on Atlantis it can be defended by best. After fucking Vulcan few times, he send him to form alliance and gain knowledge of outer space. Vulcan being omega level mutant can adapt to space environment unlike others.  Havok and Archangle remained in Atlantis to serve their king.  

After 6 months Consorts took their places. Some months after that Amelia and company finally came out with auto system to not only sort but to send information to the person whom the information will be most relevant. After checking multiple time finally King approved it and assigned them on working with different laws of magical and muggle worlds and come up with some common laws that can be applied in all magical communities. Susan also took mark of Atlantis and joined her aunt in her work. She choose to remain single and virgin so she can replace Raven if required in future. Creature world was also happy with Master of Death's leadership and alliance.  

Severus Snape has discovered many new potions and kept working on for more. Some of the potions he invented are : it can make invisible for half day, can change appearance till antidote is given, can identify any magical hidden things and so on. 

Sirius had mated with one high Demon who produced their hair which now works with his Dad in handling Demons. He is named Azazel.

Remus also found his love. He spends his time with his partner whenever he get free time from his duties. Remus convinced her that if she stays in kingdom that way he doesn't have to worry about her safety all time. So she stayed in Atlantis after taking mark of Atlantis.  However, she moved to Brazil her hometown when their son Edward is born. Edward, Azazel and Sirius's partner doesn't have mark so they can't enter Atlantis but Hadrian do visit them time to time to stay in touch with his extended family.  

In next 50 years Consorts achieved their goal of not only uniting but shifting magical communities. There are now only seven communities with each having good population and very hidden location from muggles. Muggles don't even come near all 7 places as they are considered not safe or Hazardous. Muggle born are collected ones they show sign of magic, if there parents are open minded and loving they are given chance to transfer in Squib towns. Squibs of magical families grow in this town. Schools of this town teaches them all muggle subjects, muggle culture, magical culture and subjects like potions which doesn't require wand. All magical children no matter what their blood status is has to attend Primary school after age of 6. Primary schooling in both magical and squib towns is compulsory and free of cost. So they must attend it. Seven squib towns are like second tier cities of muggle world. They follow their countries muggle government laws but they enjoy autonomy. There location is not hidden like magical town. Magical towns are connected through portal which leads them to subway stations of this squib towns, from there only they can enter muggle world and vice versa. So security of squib town is also important. No non magical can enter Wizarding world even children which are squibs. Witches and wizard who want to live with their squib child must have to adopt to muggle world by passing muggle conversation program, then they can live in Squib towns permanently. If any magical person wants to marry muggle/squib, then they have to live in one of the squib town. If they don't agree with it strict actions are taken. Some of this rules were harsh but it was necessary to main statue of secrecy. There are no restriction for any wizards/witches who wants to visit muggle world or squib town up to three months in a year, but if they want to stay more than permission is must. Well funded orphanage has been developed in both Magical towns and Squib towns. Time to time this Orphanages are inspected by teachers, politicians and Healers to inspect conditions and keep an eye. All seven magical communities are connected with international floo to make them interlinked. Each magical town has forest, big fields, schools,bank and Ministry in it. Witches, Wizards, beings and Magical creatures stay in them with equal rights. There is no slave system. House Elves are not mistreated, they are given 2 day off in a month and allowed to mate in there free time. There are strict laws regarding child abuse and hunting. Creatures which require blood or flesh has given access to some big forests of muggle world so they don't hurt anyone in magical town. They are however not allowed to hunt muggles only animals. For Vampires blood banks have been created. This all lead in avoiding two big events muggle-magical war and magical-creature war.

Nothing much has done for Dark Creature of muggle world except setting their boundaries in between adversaries, but that's all they needed. So they were also happy with King's alliance.

Hadrian didn't interfere much in muggle matters or mutant matters as he knew he can't do much. Also some fighting and revelation is required time to time to invent new technology and weapons as necessity is mother of invention. Hadrian gave mark of Soul to many mutants like Professor Xavier, Jean Grey, Havok, Cyclops, Emma Frost, Mystique, Magnato, Grandmaster, Wolverin, Storm, Sentry, Spectre,Beast, Iceman , Kitty Pryde, Mister Sinister, Psylocke, Night Crawler knowing how they will be involved in most important events. He along with his horsemen also gave mark of Soul to some agency heads like CIA head, FBI head, UN head, MIB head, Nik fury and many more; business man like Tony starks , Kinpin, Lex Luthor, Norman Osborn, Bruce Wayne and others; politicians and leaders in Muggle world. 

Hadrian was not sure if the mark will work on someone with outer space blood or not so he tried it on Clark kent during one meeting and to his surprise mark worked on superman. He gave mark to Wonder woman, spiderman, Hulk, Captain Atom, Captain America, Flash, Hercules, Stephen Strange, Reed and Susan Richards,  Johny storm, Frankie Raye (Nova), Aqua man, Dead pool, Bob.

He tried to mark Martin Manhunter but it didn't work. He was confused why his mark didn't work when it worked on Superman since they both are aliens. Death told him that is because the biology difference and how Universal powers affect their power. Death suggested Hadrian should to use his keeper and Space elemental powers to go in Space and seek guidance of  Elders of Universe. They can grant him Knowledge related to space and powers.

Before leaving for space, He called court to discuss things. Hermione informed him that Angelina and Parvati desires to retire from their duty. Hadrian allowed it. Hadrian choose Rogue and Susan to take their place as Raven. Rogue achieved maturity of her powers, now she can control her powers with touch. Also she can keep whoever's power see take for life long without getting their mind or suffering from their emotions.
