Master of Death

Chapter 35

Death this time took form of human who was stranger to magical world and reached forbidden forest. The nature and animals understood presence of death near them.

Death: "Lethifold and phoenix Appear."
A Lethifold from nearby and sad looking Fawks came, and they bowed Death. As entity, Death has command over these creatures of life and death.
Death: "Fawks time has come to let go. Go to marked place and let yourself turn in ash."
Fawks happily did as asked. The marked place is place where Hadrian buried ash of all Powerful artifacts he collected including 3 hollows. As baby phoenix born and stood at place.
Death: "Lethifold absorb Fawks life force and essence from soil which holds ashes."
Lethifold did as asked.
Death: "You did well, now it's your time to let go"
Death clapped and Lethifold turn into silver liquid.
Death collected it then called Amara.
Death: "Amara, ask Unicorn to bring out your master's body from cave. Time has come to bring him back"
Thanks to Forest Lord and Luna's prior advice Amara was waiting for this moment. She also can smell essence of her master's powers from Stranger that gave her assurance to oblige. Unicorn brought Hadrian's body out of cave and ran back to his herd in fear of death.
Death: "Amara, you are my masters familiar. You have to participate in ritual to bring him back. Hold your masters body."
Amara wrapped herself around her masters body as asked. Death took them to Malfoy manor.

Draco immediately came when he saw Amara with Hadrian's body. He looked confused on what's going on.
Death: "I am here for final stage ritual. Have you followed order given to you?" 
The powers radiating from this stranger and Amara's behavior made him to bow to him.
Draco replied: "As ordered when Blaize started changing, I with my parents help captured him in circle. It's been 36 hours we have kept him awake with help of poisons and curses."
Death nodded: "Take me there"
Draco took him to place where he kept Blaize. Death levitated Hadrian's body there.
Death: "Amara petrify boy and soul inside him"
Amara did. (When Death unlocked Hadrian's powers, as his familiar Amara also got booster to her powers, she can change her size and colors as well)
Blaize froze in place, Death instructed Draco what to do next. Blaize was standing in one circle and Hadrian's body lay in next circle at some distance.

As all preparation completed, Death: "Now Draco kill the boy with this sword. Hit his heart and make him bleed to death"
Draco started shaking with wide eyes: "kill Blaize..."
Death gave icy glare 'no bullshit look': "Do you want your master to be alive and free or not. Now"
Lucius has informed Draco what has to be done in ritual to destroy demon, and he was mentally prepared to see Hadrian kills Demon. He never thought he would be asked to kill his childhood friend. But then he thought of betrayal and life of Hadrian. With everything he has in him, he did what was asked from him. As soon as he did it, he falls on his knees and started crying.
Death: "Amara connect circles using your body, let your body to be medium to flow this enemy's blood inside Hadrian's circle"
Amara did as asked. Death poured silver liquid in a way that it mixes with Blaize's blood in Hadrian's circle and started chanting words.
After some time as Blaize's soul died, Death collected his soul. Now Lucifer's soul was standing in circle struggling to get free.
Death called his master and Hadrian's soul entered his body. Hadrian's body started glowing with all his powers. After some time Hadrian gained consciousness.
Hadrian: "Hello Lucifer, nice to meeting you again"
Hadrian looked at Amara with a smile: "Amara darling release Lucifer's soul, I will handle it from here."
Hadrian blocked circle with his necromancy powers so Lucifer can't escape when Amara released soul from her powers. As soon as Lucifer gained his ability to move he tried to escape but failed miserably.
Lucifer: "Hadrian, what have you become? After everything I did for you, this is what I get?"
Hadrian: "Well father, you wanted to capture me but I am setting you free. I am giving you more than you deserve."
Lucifer with wide eyes: "You can't do that. I am immortal. Your mark will not let you break promise."
Hadrian laughed: "Of course I can. You are currently on earth, so my promise intact. And For being you immortal let's just taste it"
Hadrian released his necromancy powers to destroy soul, Lucifer's soul burned in hell fire.

Death: "That was good display of powers for first timers. Is there anything else you want me to do?"
Hadrian with evil grin: "Nothing as of now. Just one question out of curiosity isn't you bit chatty for your job"
Death gave death glare: "I am not."
Hadrian: "You are"
Death gave him long sigh:" It happens when you spare almost eternity without no fun or no chance to speak with anyone. Anyways as you don't have anything for me I wish to leave"
Hadrian chuckled: "Of course dear friend"
Death nodded and vanished. Hadrian burned Blaize's body to ash and looked at Draco with sad eyes. When Draco stood up, Hadrian took Amara with him and vanished from Malfoy manor.

For next few days Hadrian practiced all his magical powers and went through all books death told him to go through before claiming Throne of Atlanta. He claimed Throne of Realm of Darkness and Devils as rightful King after finishing some challengers without much efforts. He also visited different realms just to know things. He talked with souls of previous keepers and read there journals to understand duties and powers. It was nothing drastic compared to his own powers. He also performed ritual to offer gifts to mother magic, death and fate for their blessings.

As Master of death, he got his familiar which was very old and powerful Horntail Dragon named kronos when he set foot into kingdom of Atlanta. He wanted to take Amara with him in kingdom as his familiar but as per Atlantis rules king can have only one familiar and the familiar has to be Dragon. So Hadrian meditate for some time to look through all knowledge he has. He found a solution, when he mentioned about it to them both familiar agreed. Amara didn't want to leave Hadrian and Kronos was old and tired, this was solution to for both of them. Hadrian performed ritual with help of mother magic's presence to merge Amara with Dragon along with their powers in a way that Amara's soul will stay in new body and Kronos's soul will get released for rest. Amara and Kronos's body got destroyed and new Dragon appeared in their place. This Dragon has one eye similar to Kronos and another similar to Amara. Apart from Kronos' Dragon powers this new Dragon got Amara's power of highly toxic venom (which he can be breath just like fire), ability to petrify body and soul, change size and color as per his wish, youth and agility. Hadrian called Dragon Akron, a name combining names of both to honor their sacrifice. He also let Akron bite him to complete familiar bond.

After resting for a day in Atlantis, he went back to Potter Manor. He made his favorite elf in two life times Dobby first citizen of Atlantis by giving him mark of Atlantis. Dobby's task is to head all current staff of Housekeeping and cook of Hadrian's Palace in Atlanta. He didn't needed him, but Hadrian wanted to give him something for Dobby's self sacrifice in his first timeline. He wrote letters invitation to Draco, Hermione, Luna and Neville to come to Potter Manner to have morning tea along with Parents. He extended invitation to Rabstan Lestrange and Augusta Longbottom. He also send invitation to Amelia Bones, Sirius Black, Severus Snape and Remus Lupin for meeting in evening at Potter Manor. He went to meet some people death suggested and got 10 people who willingly took mark of Atlantis.
