-Alastor POV-
After being kicked out by Charlie's very much, overprotective girlfriend, I walked to my room, which was quite close.
I looked at the hung portraits of Dear Charlie. Most were from depictions of her childhood. She clearly resembled her parents by her striking blond hair. The more I passed by more portraits, I did feel like I was being stared on by Lucifer whenever I passed by.
Ignoring the feeling, I left to my room and closed the door behind me. I sat down on the bed and just analyzed today's events. I looked across to the wooden cheval mirror that had a decorative eye pattern on the frame. I inspected my khaki skin tone, my red scleras with bright red irises, and my sharp yellow teeth. For a glimpse I remember my human self that had now disappeared since I got here.
Knock Knock.
"Come in fellow friends." I called out, knowing well who it was.
Husker and Nifty silently came in. Nifty quickly started cleaning the room since it wasnt that very clean. Husker plotted himself in the red cabriola sofa across from the bed.
"Hello fellows, what reason brings you to visit?" I told them as I set my microphone on the bed and stood up.
"Why are you doing 'charity work' all of a sudden?" Husker bluntly asked as he took out his mini round alcohol flask from his hat.
"Yes Mister Al, its so rare for you to intervene in other demons plans that don't involve obtaining land and power in return." Nifty added as she had a stack of cockroaches in a corner.
"Does my answer really matter, and would it affect you your job here? Either way, its my turn to pay in my favors." I told them. Reminding me that they owed me.
"I am just sayin'." Husker said in middle of drinking. " That this is unusual for you, and I can think of one reason why you would care about anyone else besides us." He burped out as he finished his sentence. "I normally don't care about you do but this is very unusual."
"Entertain me." I teased him as I sat across from him in the other cabriola sofa.
"It's her." Nifty responded instead. She jumped onto the sofa next to Husker and stared at me, hoping she was right. "After all, she does look like her, and acts like her from what you've described."
I stared at her and sighed. Ever since I came here, my memories had become blurry, and I could not really remember well my past life, other than my dark self taking over and going on a murder spree.
"Little darling," I stopped as I remember the last time Charlie. Dead in my arms by my other self. "The last time I saw her, she was dead, by none other than me."
"She seems like she has just met you. Doesn't recognize you in the slightest." Husker added.
"It is fine don't worry." I added.
"Oh come on Al. I've noticed the small doll you have of her, you always carry that with you. In fact it was the first thing you did once you got here." Nifty teased as I felt the doll in my chest.
"Is it a reminder of her?" Husker teased. "Must be nice still loving someone." He said as he tossed his flask and pulled out a bottle from once again his hat.
"Oh stop!" I replied a bit flustered. "I have ones about you too." I replied as I got out out a mini Nifty and Husker from my pants pocket.
"That's more like a threat than a lovely memory." Husker added as he grabbed his doll and looked at it. Exact replicas of both of them, a proud piece of art if you ask me myself.
