Boggi's pov
It was getting really late. The party was still in full swing and I couldn't find Mia half of the night.
I squeezed passed the crowds of people before getting to the lounge where I find Mia laughing at the group playing a game.
Only she sat curled up on Ivan's lap. She looked wasted almost.
I was confused.
"Mia. I've been looking everywhere for you." I tell her.
"Boggi! Come join us! We playing this kids game called truth or dare. It's reeeaaally fun." She slurs.
Yep, she was totally out of it.
She starts to play with Ivan's hair. I stand there watching awkwardly. I noticed Emilio sitting in the group too.
Mia whispers something into Ivan's ear making them both laugh hysterically.
"Mia! What are you doing?" I ask.
"Having fun. What does it look like?"
"Mia, I think I should be getting you home. Your dad's going to be so mad."
"Oh whatevs. He doesn't care about me. He only cares about that slut, Marryyy." She slurs.
She looks like she's really out of it when she lays her head down in Ivan's neck.
I hated the way she was acting right now.
I then did something I thought I would never do to anyone.
I grabbed her by her arm and pulled her off of Ivan. I dragged her through the crowd ignoring her argue.
When we got to a quiet place alone she rips her wrist out of my tight grip and I didn't realize how tight I held onto her till she rubs her wrist with her other hand.
"Mia, I'm so sorry."
"What the hell is wrong with you?" She asks.
She doesn't seem as wasted as I thought she was.
"I wasn't thinking straight okay. I didn't mean to hurt you."
"Well guess what, you did."
She hangs her head low, holding her wrist.
"Mia..."
"Forget it. I'm tired."
"I could take you home if-"
"Just leave it. I'll crash here. Ivan already told me it's okay." She tells me.
"You and Ivan are best friends now?"
"So what if we are?" She asks.
"I just-"
"You just what? Huh?" She cuts me off, "We not dating, Boggi. So let me be." She yells over the music.
She was definitely not drunk.
I watch her as she walks upstairs.
"Fuck." I mutter to myself.
Mia's pov
I woke up the next morning. My eyes burned from the bright light that poured into the unfamiliar room.
I slowly sat up, my head instantly pounding.
I couldn't have drank that much could I?
Once I'm sat up in the bed I held my throbbing head in my hands.
I looked around me. I was covered in white sheets, still dressed in my hoodie.
I looked around. I've never been in this room before. Unlike Boggi and Emilio's room, this one had a big flatscreen tv facing the bed.
It also had it's own bathroom.
Ivan steps out of the bathroom, a white towel wrapped around his torso. I think he just got out of the shower since his hair was wet.
He then notices me.
"Oh, morning. I didn't mean to wake you."
"No, you didn't. What time is it?" I look around for my phone.
He grabs his phone off from the bedside table, "It's currently 11 o clock."
"Oh shit. I need to get home, my dad must be wondering where I am. I have to find my phone..." I tried to get out of the bed but my spinning head made it a bit hard for me.
"Hey hey. Stop." Ivan stops me from getting out of the bed.
I lean my head against the head rest.
"Don't worry, we let your dad know you'll be staying in today. He's okay with it. Just take it easy, okay." Ivan sits on the edge of the bed.
"You look like shit." He chuckles.
I give him a slight smile, "Wow, thanks."
"You need food." He tells me.
I groan, "Ugh, I can't think about food right now."
"It's the only way to cure your hangover. You need breakfast and coffee. It's a good thing Emilio and Boggi went out to get us Starbucks."
The mention of Emilio and Boggi's names reminds me of last nights events.
I kissed Emilio. I argued with Boggi.
The images of last night hurt my head even more.
"Are you okay?" Ivan asks.
I feel my stomach start to turn.
I clutch it with my hand, "I think I'm going to be sick."
I quickly hop out of bed and into Ivan's bathroom, leaning over the toilet and letting out whatever contents I had consumed last night.
I felt Ivan gently holding my hair back and rubbing my back.
"Shit. You're not supposed to see this." I say as I flush the toilet.
I get up slowly and sat on the closed toilet.
"You feeling a bit better now?" He asks me.
I noticed he got dressed in sweatpants and hoodie.
I nod, "A little."
"You still need food. In the mean time, take a shower. By tonight you should be well enough to get home."
He gets up and searches in his drawers under the sink counter for something.
He hands me a packaged toothbrush.
"Thank you."
He hands me a pile of fresh clothes which was his.
Ivan was so sweet to me.
"Take your time. I'll be downstairs."
He then leaves the bathroom so I could have my privacy.
As I stood in the warm shower I looked down at my left wrist which had light bruising from Boggi's tight grip.
