Boggi's pov
I sat on the edge of my bed, tying my shoes.
When I was done I looked up and saw Mia sitting at my desk, brushing her hair.
Only she looked out in the distance, staring at the blank wall in front of her. She wasn't here.
"Mia, you okay?" I call out to her.
She doesn't budge.
"Mia." I call out again.
She breaks out of her daze.
"What?" She mutters.
"You okay? You don't look like you all 'here'?" I walk over to her.
She stands up and places her brush down onto my desk.
"I'm okay." She mutters, only she doesn't look at me when she says it.
I place my hands onto her shoulders.
"Look at me and tell me you're okay."
She slowly looks up at me.
"I'm okay..." She says but something in her eyes tells me she's not all okay.
I wondered what was bothering her.
"Okay..." I mumble under my breath and pull her in for a hug, resting my chin on the top of her head as her arms wrap around my waist.
I plan to ask her what was bothering her but not right now.
Mia's pov
Ivan drove us to the restaurant Rebecca had made a reservation for us tonight. Emilio sat in the passenger seat while Boggi sat at the back in between me and Rebecca.
I looked out of the window, watching the lights passing us in the dark night.
I felt a warm hand on my thigh. I looked up at Boggi who gives me a small smile which I return.
I looked into the rearview mirror only to see Emilio's eyes on me.
My breath hitches in my throat and I quickly turn my eyes back out of the window.
When we got to the resturant we got our table and we all sat around it.
In the order clockwise, Boggi, me, Rebecca, Emilio and Ivan.
We had ordered drinks in the meanwhile.
Ivan and Boggi spoke about their trip they had and Rebecca seemed really interested in what they were talking about.
Only Emilio listened to them but he noticed my mind wasn't all here.
Their voices all zoned out and were muffled as I watched Emilio.
He watched me in the corner of his eye.
I started to feel dizzy, my stomach started to spin.
"Mia, are you okay?" Rebecca asks me.
I come back to reality.
"What?" I ask Rebecca.
I felt nauseous.
"Do you want me to take you outside, get some fresh air?" Boggi asks me.
I shake my head furiously.
"No, I-I just-" I swallow hard.
I get up from the table and quickly walk over to the bathroom.
I got into a stall and locked the door behind me, throwing up into the toilet.
Boggi's pov
"Mia's acting really weird. Did she say anything to you?" I ask Rebecca.
She shakes her head 'no', "No, although she tried talking to me today, it seemed really serious. I mean, she full on broke down."
I look around the table. I look at Emilio who's looking anywhere else but at me.
"Emilio?" He looks up at me.
"You were with her whole week...anything?"
Emilio doesn't say anything but shakes his head.
Something flashes in his eyes like his thinking about something but I shake my head.
I'm just over thinking this.
"I'm gonna check up on her." I tell the group.
I get up from the table and walk into the bathroom, not caring that it's the ladies bathroom.
"Mia?"
I saw a closed stall. The toilet flushes and the door opens.
Mia steps out, wiping her mouth.
She looked bad. Her eyes were red and around it were dark circles. Her once pink lips were now dry and colorless.
"Are you okay?" I ask her.
She just looks at me with watery eyes and walks over to the sink to washed her hands and splashes water over her face.
"Mia. I need you to talk to me, you worrying me."
She turns off the tap and leans against the sink counter.
"Boggi...do you trust me?" She asks me.
"Yes. Of course I do. Why wouldn't I? Should there be a reason not to?" I ask, confused.
"Boggi...I did something terrible." She takes a step closer to me.
"What did you do?"
Her eyes wonder from mine down to her hands.
I was confused as to what she was telling me right now.
"Mia, I know you went through some shit...but nothing you do could ever make me lose my trust for you." I tell her.
She looks up at me and her eyes are watering once again.
"Please don't cry...it breaks me seeing you like this." I tell her, meaning it.
She furiously wipes her eyes with her fingers and chuckles at herself.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." She mumbles.
"Don't say sorry, there's nothing to be sorry about."
"So, are you going to tell me about this terrible thing you did?" I ask her after a short silence.
Someone then walks into the bathroom and gives me a weird look.
I forgot I wasn't supposed to be in here.
"Maybe not in here." Mia shakes her head at me making me chuckle.
