Goodbyes hurt

Chapter 21

Taehyung was standing infront of the practice room and he full well knew who was going to be at the other side of the door.Yuna won't be returning for a week or two and he knows who was gonna replace her till then.He pushed open the studio door.
"Hey",Jimin waved at Taehyung as he made his way towards Seojoon who was standing beside Jimin.
"Jimin is filling in for Yuna",Said Seojoon and Taehyung nodded without even sparing a glance at Jimin's side.But he could clearly draw Jimin's confused face.

"Should I stay?",Seojoon asked and Taehyung waved his hand ,"It's fine"
"Alright,thanks Jimin",Seojoon smiled at Jimin and the younger smiled lightly in reply and he was gone.Jimin expected Taehyung to start the conversation but he simply looked,uninterested.
"Tae",Jimin called out but Taehyung silently set up the speaker and paid no attention.

"Why did you leave without saying yesterday? You were asleep when I came back to the room too.Taehyung,Tae..am talking to you", Jimin raised his voice to talk over the music that started playing.Taehyung pulled his sleeves up and looked at Jimin,"Shall we start?"
Jimin opened his mouth but no words came out,just then Taehyung had already closed the distance between them and started singing his part,expecting Jimin to start dancing.

A second or two,he didn't wait for Jimin and carried on.

"Hyung, Didn't you tell me you wanted to learn Hip-hop.I finally have time this semester",Jungkook perked up in the middle of their late night movie date in Jungkook's apartment.Jimin jumped off his seat in excitement,"Oh really!! I have been asking you for months now,finally!!",Jimin balled up his fist  and punched the air in excitement.Jungkook opened his arms and beckoned Jimin close.He sat back and sighed,"This is nice by the way.We don't get to spend enough time together..We should do this often"

"Hyung,Just move in with me already"
"Just because your parents allowed you to move out after first semester,my parents won't",Jimin tapped Jungkook's nose and Jungkook threw his head back on the couch and said,"but they don't have to know"
Jimin just shook his head and reached out to bring the popcorn bowl closer.

It was nearly twelve when the movie finally ended and Jimin looked sideways to see Jungkook fast asleep. Jimin smiled at him and thought he will tuck Jungkook in rather than waking him up.Jimin took after later and  got in before the dorm-in time.When he opened up the door,he saw Taehyung already fast asleep.Jimin sighed,he hadn't been able to have a proper conversation with Taehyung yet.Not too many hours into sleep,Jimin woke up again to Taehyung whimpering and crying in his sleep.Jimin bit his lips unsure of what to do but Taehyung was awake.

"Are you okay?",Jimin asked and Taehyung just shifted on his bed and fell asleep again.

Hoseok was late to class,he had practiced too hard last night.With Jimin helping the drama club,he had to handle the whole class alone for the past two days and that was tiring him.He even called up Taemin hyung to come back for a while.Hoseok had missed the breakfast then but he couldn't bear to miss the class again since his attendance was at a real threat.Hoseok ran around the corner to slam his head first against another man and fell flat on the floor before hitting the wall edge.

"Aargh!"

Hoseok rubbed his head painfully only to see blood covering his hands.
"What the- Are you okay?",Yoongi said as he practically crawled over to Hoseok.Hoseok nodded but it was evident he was in pain.
"Get up,I'll take you to the infirmary",Yoongi said as he pulled Hoseok on to his feet and grabbed both his and Hoseok's bags.
"No,I don't wanna miss class.It's just a small cut",Hoseok defended as he tried to take his bag back but Yoongi didn't let go.
"You can get a note from the doc,now come on",He said as he lead the way and Hoseok had no choice but to follow the senior.

"Why aren't you guys practicing?",Jimin directed at the dance club members sitting around and chatting.
"Hoseok hyung isn't here yet",Mi kyu replied.
"Oh! it's already an hour over though,did you call him?"
"Yup,no answer"
"Then..You guys can go home for today, I'll tell him",Jimin dismissed the kids and they reluctantly left the room.Jimin was alone again and he started stretching,waiting for Taehyung to show up.Not much minutes passed when Taehyung showed up and Jimin waved a 'hi' at him which Taehyung ignored.

"For how long are you gonna ignore me and what did I even do?",Jimin asked and no reply again.Jimin sighed as Taehyung played the music on the speaker.And they started practising.

Whenever either of them made a mistake,Taehyung would silently go back to the speaker and play that part again to run it again.Jimin had been at it for a while but he was missing the beat to jump so the younger can pick him up.Jimin started getting anxious," am sorry.I just-"
He tried doing the spin once again only to slip and fall onto Taehyung.

"Ah",Taehyung let out as he caught Jimin and rolled him aside immediately.
"Do you hate to even touch me?"
"That's not it",Finally Taehyung said.
"So you can speak"
Taehyung got up and dusted off himself,"We can try it tomorrow,am heading back"
With that he left to turn off the speaker and packed up.Jimin quickly swung his bag and followed Taehyung out.

"Wait,Tae!!"
But Taehyung wasn't listening and he kept walking.Jimin wasn't the one to let go,he walked toe to toe.

"If I did something wrong, tell me.We were fine in Busan,what happened now?"
Taehyung plugged in his earphones as he walked and that only annoyed Jimin further,he reached out and pulled the earphones out.
"We promised Jisoo that we'd try and be friends again.Tae..Are you listening?",and then Jimin stopped and said,"Yeah right,since when have you ever kept your promises!"
Taehyung stopped for a minute,there were lot of things he wanted to say but he didn't.He just walked away again.Jimin sighed before following Taehyung to the dorm.

A/n:This was basically a filler chapter and we had two falls.And I wanted to remind you guys that this will be a story with less chapters.Like it could end when you think it's going good.
