"What?" King Asgore said, with astonishment clear on his face.

"My parents and their friends, the Rowe family, have a lot of influence over what the media releases. Mr. Rowe works with my father in a huge pharmaceutical company, and Mrs. Rowe and my mother are both influencers. My mother works in the film industry and Mrs. Rowe is a blogger with millions of followers. My brother and Rowe's son both have roles to play in this as well. My brother is a fitness instructor who makes at-home videos. Their son is currently unemployed but he is well known enough to be influential." You spoke as quickly as you could, trying to get all the words out as fast as possible.

The king and queen of monsters sat before you, each of their faces were grim and dark. "My child, do you have any proof of this happening?" Toriel spoke and you vigorously nodded your head. You grabbed the recorder out of your pocket and let the king and queen listen in on the past recapped meeting. You looked at them expectantly when it finished playing the recording, but they were just exchanging glances at each other. You fiddled with the recorder in your hands when they finally looked over to you.

"Thank you for bringing this to our attention." Asgore spoke, his voice was sour.

"It's no problem at all! I just want everything to be okay for you guys." The monsters nodded and stood up, you stood up too, confused as to what was happening. The two of them turned to leave Sans' room and you called out to them.

"Wait- are you guys even going to do anything?" You said while walking in front of them-- effectively blocking the only exit in the room.

"My child, this is not something that concerns you. Please let's all settle down and have some pie or some tea." Toriel said with a smile and guided you out of the room.

You felt your mood plumish. Sure it was barely a few days you spent on this "project"-- if you could even call it that-- and they weren't going to do anything? At least thats how it seemed to you, the two people who had authority to change it were doing nothing. A frown appeared on your face as you were led down the stairs of Papyrus' and Sans' house.

As soon as you hit the main floor of the building Toriel's hand left your back and she walked over to Frisk. Asgore went over and sat down at their table next to Alphys and Undyne. You walked over to your bag and decided to leave the little get-together early.

"Hey Papyrus?" You called and whipped your head around to face him on the couch.

"YES GIRL-HUMAN?" He spoke with a wide smile.

"I'm feeling quite tired, do you mind taking me back to the restaurant? If you can't it's no big deal! I can get my brother to pick me up." You had offered him another option as to not feel like such a burden.

"OH. I CAN TAKE YOU IN JUST A SECOND!" You saw his shoulders fall for a second, but then quickly sprout back up. You smiled and shook your head and thanked him. You shoved the now useless recorder in your work-bag and hoisted it onto the table for the time being. Sans had since disappeared from the area; so you were left with Papyrus on the couch next to Mettaton; Frisk and Toriel talking near the side table; and Asgore; Alphys; and Undyne at the table.

You shamefully shook your head to yourself as you realized they probably weren't allowed to tell you, a normal person without a top secret clearance, about this stuff. Even if you were the one to report it. Your face darkened at the realizations your mind produced. You tried to clear your head of the thoughts so you can have an okay ride back to the restaurant. You glanced back over to Papyrus who was finishing up his conversation with Mettaton and saw Sans walking down the stairs.
